I'd avoid this shop at all costs. I had a laptop fixed in July. The power button was broken so they said they had to solder it back together. After $150 the button didn't have anymore "resistance" and guarantee my computer to turn on. It is now March and my laptop doesn't function, after taking it to a new shop I was told the issue was created bc of damage that happened during the soldering.

When I called Cell it here to explain the damage I was transferred to three separate people. The third guy who I was told was the one who soldered did not listen to what I was saying, got rude with me when I corrected him, and told me there is nothing they can do but "work with me" on selling me a new laptop.

Unless you want to spend $150 to have your electronics damaged beyond repair - I suggest looking elsewhere.

I dropped my i-phone, cracked the screen. I found this place which was nearby, in about 10 minutes they replaced my screen. When I got home I realized my Touch ID and my Home buttons were not working. I went back the next day, they said it's because my phone was "about ready to go bad" and can't do anything about it. Huh?

In addition, they ask you to reveal your passcode on your phone. Odd.

Buyer beware ...

My phone was stolen. Someone asked me if they could use my phone while they went in to take to their mother about a phone he had getting repaired. I first thought something was up when it began to take a while ans came to the door. The man I let use my phone quickly pushed me out the door and gave me some excuse that he would be in a hurry. But I figured hey, he doesn't have my password. I was w him long enough to KNOW he didn't have an ID so I thought hey. He can't sell my phone. You have to have an ID to do so. Well I was wrong. When he came back out he said he still needed to use my phone SND directed me back towards downtown wheeling. I soon figured out they somehow let him sell my phone without my password nor unlocking my iCloud. Shady business. Right from the get go. I was punched in my face the man tried to grab the steering wheel SND ram us off thr road. Proceeding to try SND strike me many more times. I went back to the store proceeded to ask them why they would let him sell an iCloud locked phone w a passcode on it. SND asked to use a phone to call the police. They denied me. So I went to the police. Filed a report. Took months. Even when the courts said I could get my phone back the owner refused became very combative SND accused me of working w the man who stole my phone SND illegally sold to them. Lol. The irony. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY BUISNESS. oh, I finally got an iPhone back. But it wasn't MY iPhone that was originally stolen. Instead it was a broken iPhone that didn't even turn on. I was so done w the situation I didn't even check before I left the store after he asked me to never come back. Don't do business w this shady place that practices illegal methods of business. FxxK this place , and the owner who is clearly shady Asf & also was VERY rude Asf when he clearly saw the big red lump on the side of my face from swelling when I was hit. There are many other options for cellular needs in the area, I'm telling you DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They overcharge, I've had a phone screen fixed improperly before SND they even fixed my broken glass back with a different color than the front. Lol incompetent idiots that work here should honestly be the name.

this place is a joke! they tell you your phone is no good when you take it in for repair and then try to sell you one of thier p.o.s phones and they steal info from the device they are 'fixing'' and try to make accounts in places. they steal photos, heaven forbid you have personal stuff. they told me my samsung a32 was broken nothing i could do and the phone they sold me was an iphone 6s and get this they charged me over 400 dollars!!! these people are something else please beware!!!!

My boyfriend and I both went to very our screens fixed about three months ago and month later his screen started falling off.. being able to upgrade he did it instead. Recently, my phone screen started falling off as well. Thinking that it definitely wasn't a coincidence I chose to go to a different shop who brought it to my attention that MULTIPLE screw were missing which is what caused my screen to fall off.
