I hired an agent from this Century 21 to list my house. I had originally met with David Cardenas and agreed to list my house with him but when I got to the appointment, he told me his wife Angela Avilez would be helping me with my listing. Angela is not a good agent. She is only concerned about money and not the best interest of the client. I do not trust her anymore with any contracts as I am afraid that she is going to try to take advantage of me again. She does not communicate with me at all, she replies to texts a day or two after I send them, she has stopped answering my calls and the last time we spoke she even hung up on me. I have tried to politely ask her to cancel my listing as my home has been sitting on the market since May (making it 6 months now) and she never hosted an open house or stopped by after we signed the contract. She finally accepted to cancel the listing after I left her a review on Facebook and in the cancellation she put as a condition that I must delete the Facebook review. She seems to not know what she is doing, she does not update me on anything new with the house, she has failed to inform me on certain things I should have known from her. I do not recommend any one to hire her as your agent, you will regret it.

I wanted to share my experience with Mr. Dushaun Fairley...he has helped my family on three different occasions with buying and selling a home and each time it has been a positive experience. I must say he is like a family member now, he's always treated my husband and I with respect and is always very professional. He's very good at getting back to us with any questions or concerns...no matter the smallest of questions, he's always good with getting us the answer. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends with no hesitation. Thanks Dushaun for working so hard for us...we are very happy with our forever home!
