I had a wonderful experience and walked out with a beautiful set. After a bad experience at a previous salon, it was refreshing to have a tech handle my nails with such care.

I needed a removal before getting a new acrylic set, and I am happy to say it was done properly by gently filing and soaking. While I had to wait for my nails to soak, the tech had me sit in one of the open massage chairs for pedicures, so relaxing!

When it was time to apply my new set, the nail tech was very patient and took the time to show me various glitters and gems she had. She also communicated throughout my appointment to make sure I was happy with the shape, length, and design. She did an excellent job, I LOVE the results.

Everyone at the salon was friendly and helpful, and the services are reasonably priced.

My daughter showed the tech a picture of the art work she wanted The tech said she could do it. However after multiple attempts by 2 different techs the manager wanted to know what was going on. After further discussion he agreed to remove the nails but told the tech (in a different language not to remove the nails) my daughter (unaware) thanked the manager for removing the charge but he said you owe $50!! When she told him AGAIN to remove the nails he locked her in the salon and called the police. He would not allow her to leave!! She called the police, the manager said he didn't agree to remove them so it was her word against his. She would be arrested if the didn't remove the nails!!! She ask the police to sit with her so they didn't hurt her or lock her in the salon again.

They did not provide the service agreed upon, they are bullies and the manager is a poor excuse for a human!! Definitely NO NOT RECOMMEND!

Love this place! I was a mani/pedi walk in and was greeted by the owner who was very welcoming and accommodating. The place is very clean and has cool decorations that create a relaxing atmosphere. They don't cut corners and rush you out. You're not met with a huge menu of upgrades for a pedi. You get all the good stuff. This place is super clean and organized. All their tools are sanitized in a machine. I also used the bathroom and it was also super clean and smelled clean!

My sister and I had a great experience at Champions Nails. Pedicures and manicures were well done and reasonably priced. Howie was very entertaining and Henry was detail oriented. Will certainly go back next year when in Florida.

Horrible service. I don't know the name of the tech but he was so aggressive with my nails. H
The shape is completely off and he kept drilling my nail bed! I couldn't wait to leave. I didn't even bother getting a pedicure!

Just FYI, days later I've had black and bluing and cuts. Def would never go back. Look at the photos

My wife, our 2 friends, and I went to this nail salon. Our friend and I we getting a pedicure. We told the nail salon person "hey she is going next door for a slice of pizza while you are finishing up that person" "sho, no problem" she eventually finished up and we told her hey, she is paying for the pizza and will be here in a few. "No, she lost spot, i wait too long, this girl make reservation since yeterday" we didnt know who she was talking about mind you my wife had an appointment and since the nail salon lady got loud with an attitude it just went down hill. My wife came and the nail salon lady was rude to her, needless to say not smart to do to a Colombian woman from white plains NY. What made it worse was another worker told her "do you still want your nails done, you seem upset" my wife said well of course im upset, how would you feel if you were told one thing and made an appointment and moments later get pushed aside for an appointment that magically appeared. The dude just shrugged his shoulders and began to speak in viet. Then as while my friend and I were getting pedicures, my friend simply asked hey do you know who is doing my manicure? " the guy doing her nails said in a very rude and loud way "i dont know i dont know i dont do manicures" she was like excuse me? And he responded louder "i do not know, someone will do them but i do not know" after that i buried my face deeper into a glass of cheap wine and became a fly on the wall. We left without giving a tip for a mediocre pedicure with a trash customer service salon.

Had a friend come in and they had booked a signature pedicure for her husband birthday. The massage was non existent and the client was spoken back to rudely by the technician. She was told the service is different from male to female and that she shouldn't compare services.
Another appointments will be sent elsewhere. My friends and family will not be coming here again. Not impressed

Sorry to read the previous reviews, but I had a great experience at this salon. The gentleman was very accommodating and helping us determine the best nail design. The staff was very friendly. The ladies that did my nieces nails were very gentle and patient-- and gave great advice about style. The salon was calm and I enjoyed the ambiance. I had a great experience and loved the deluxe plus pedicure in lavender with paraffin. The scent was amazing and my skin was so soft and supple afterwards. We had a great experience and I would recommend.

Just came for a pedicure and got the worst service. The woman doing my service (she was new) was extremely rude, unprofessional, and on her phone the entire time. A towel fell on my toes and ruined my pedicure and she just replied "No its fine".
