Lily did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. I highly recommend her. They're a family owned business too. I've been going for years!

Save your TIME & Money. Go to the next place. Rude women in front and took 2 1/2 hours to get a full acrylic set. Ridiculous and could t handle simple designs. Will never be back especially after the rude AF lady that answers the phones.

Decided to try a new place for my nails as it was recommended to me by a friend. I'm really glad I did! My nail tech was Mike and he did a great job and took his time. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't feel like I was there just for him to make the money. He really took his time and did what I asked him to do. The place is super clean and very nice. I'll definitely be going back as I've already made another appt for Dec. If you in the area, check them out

I've gone 5 times to get my nails done here and The first couple times they have done my nails nice with an exception of a couple times that seemed a bit rushed .

My last visit unfortunately wasn't great and I had overlooked certain things as it is .

First I would like to say I am a strong advocate for the elderly people and I love them . However,
I do feel like in a business they shouldn't have someone too elderly doing pedicures . Each time I've gone I have just felt bad and never request or complain about anything it's just a bit unfair that they put an elderly lady to do pedicures who is just not fit to do that . It seems she doesn't want to do it and it shows as well as of course it resulting with me paying money for bare minimum just to keep peace.

Now I've been here 5x and that gives a fair chance to get to know how things are . The owner who sits at the front did my nails once and the next couple days my nails were chipping apart . The only person who had done my nails perfect is the second guy who sits closest to the sink .

My last visit was on Tuesday and two of my nails broke the following day and continued to chip every day . I spent $80 there each time i go to kind of feel like I'm stepping on egg shells just to receive decent service . I ask for advice on things with their color selection for dipping problem and they just get bothered by it .

The reason why my nails are now the way they are is improper technique and rushing to finish . I get dipping powder and then gel on top which would make you think it would be secure and sturdy unfortunately not . I just wish places would be a bit more kinder with people who go i there with respect like myself and who's extremely understanding. Yet instead they kind of are just worried about how much more money they can make .. that's fine if quality is placed first . On to finding another place !

I've been coming here for a few months now. I go to Anthony every few weeks and he never fails!! All of the nail techs are very welcoming and professional. I've tried many nail salons in the area but Chester nails is by far the best. I leave pleased every time. I work in an animal hospital and even with dogs biting at my nails they hold up for a few weeks!!! I do recommend making an appointment as there schedules get booked and some days it's hard to squeeze in walk ins. I totally recommend chester nails!!

I love the owner and his wife , lovely people , however they do not watch who they hire at all. To be fair the owners take complaints well and take full accountability if they made a mistake , however they only have to do so because of their sloppy hires.
Whether it's a great attitude with a below average set, or terrible attitude and decent set, there is no middle ground for manicures. (pedicures are great!) I have only received a satisfactory (beautiful, even) acrylic set from Anthony (the owner). My most recent visit , my nail tech was abrasive , rude, and acted fed up with my inability to contort my hand to her needs, and also added on many hidden fees for no reason , claiming designs "aren't possible" with no gel, which is not true because i have always gotten the same thing going to this salon.
Unless you want to leave your $100 "relaxing" spa day feeling nothing but sh*tty and ripped off, i recommend only asking for Anthony or taking your business elsewhere.

update , not even two weeks later almost all the nails on one hand are gone , after going on vacation. if you get nails done and have a regular couple of weeks ahead of you , i couldn't imagine how long they would(n't) last. again for over $100, not worth

It's been years since my last pedicure. I made a appointment. When I came in I signed in and the took my temperature and sat down. I got a great pedicure. The place looked very clean. It was a snowy Sunday afternoon and it was crowded.

I decided to switch up from my old salon due to the positive comments about this place. Turns out, they were wrong. Getting a fill was way too overpriced. My nails turned out bumpy, scratched up, and partially unfinished. Also, there are little specks under the nail polish that you cannot remove. it looks lazy. I was so excited to try this place just to leave incredibly disappointed due to all the positive comments i've heard about it. I wasted an incredible amount of money, and I don't think I will be coming back.

The nail technician was very disrespectful. She yelled and belittled the customer for no reason. Very unprofessional.

This is truly a five star establishment. Very clean (especially during COVID) and the prices are reasonable. These nail techs are really friendly/polite which you don't find that often at a nail salon. I have gotten a multitude of different services done here and they have yet to disappoint me; from gel mani pedis to acrylic to waxing to things they've recommended me trying. If I've ever had an issue with anything, I just call, then go back and they fix it without making a stink about it or being rude. My co workers and I always go together and we're not going anywhere else, any time soon :D
