Came here on a Saturday morning after opening and had a good experience. The staff was very helpful in helping us achieve our nail colors and designs. $50 for a acrylic dip set with a design.

I've only had my nails done twice in the past month both at chic nails. I normally get shellac with acrylic. i've never had so many nails get damaged so quickly I've been getting my nails done for years and I've only ever had this happen one other time to ONE nail. I've done some research in. This typically happens when they're not put on correctly or come loose. So when it typically happens to one nail, that means it just came loose naturally things like that happen when it happens to multiple that means they're not being put on correctly. When I went to go get a refill, I noticed that only one of them was like this. I was surprised she never said anything to me. She just decided to refill them anyways instead of telling me hey, you may want to take a break next time and let them grow out because that's typically what you're supposed to tell your client so they don't ruin their nail bed, instead she looked at it, pointed it out to a coworker and just continued to fill my nails and then three weeks later, when I'm taking them off, I've noticed instead of one nail being like this the majority of my nails are. I will not be going back here.

I love it! I made an appointment and they were more than accommodating. I came in and I was seen before my appointment time. The service I received was prompt and courteous. The lady who did my nails was careful in making sure that she communicated with me and gave me the nails I wanted. They were fairly busy but didn't rush and took their time to make sure that everything is and was done the way it was supposed to be.

I had a pedicure and the experience was also great. Both of the ladies who worked on me did their very best! The result was a beautiful manicure and excellent pedicure! I definitely will be back! The owner was even kind enough to check in with me and make sure everything went well during my appointment! I'll definitely be back!

I am still in shock at how superb my nails look! Tina did my acrylic set, and she did the most fantastic job-my nails look so natural, the shape is absolutely perfect. They are also thin and not chunky, which is often a problem I find getting acrylics at other nail salons. I am glad I got my nail tech's name, because I am definitely coming back to her! If you are looking for natural, fine looking nails with attention to detail and shape, ask for Tina. You won't regret it!

Came here because I seen high ratings. I got a shellac mani/pedi. My nails lifted the same day, like an hour later.. all i did was eat. How are you gonna charge me $50 for a basic ass manicure and it didn't even last me an hour when my normal shop lasts me 3 weeks. HORRIBLE.

I went to Chic and got Dip on my nails. The manicurist didn't clean up my cuticles or do anything other than file and proceed with the dip portion of the manicure.
The following day I noticed my nails were cracking, and within 3 days they were all cracked.
I called and they said they'd fix it for me, I arrived at 6:30 and they said they were closed although the sign says 7PM. I wasn't expecting anyone to stay late to do my manicure, but I needed to at least get the cracked dip off my nails.
Really awful products and service.
