I have had the best oil change at Christian Brothers Automotive. The location is very clean, comfortable, has a shuttle if you need to be taken back home while you wait for service. Will was at the front desk and he was the most professional and amiable person to work with ever. With the oil change, they did a quick check of the car and shared that it was well maintained and safe for any roadtrips I may want to take. Additionally, the shop floor was very well maintained. As a woman, I have been taken advantage of when it comes to car repair and I felt that the service at Christian Brothers Automotive was very honest and reliable. I'm so relieved to have found a shop I can trust. Ladies, I would recommend that you come here.

My Sons car wouldn't Start, we called the shop they were able to suggest a really great tow company and got his car in to be looked at and fixed the same day. They were so kind and professional, and were not trying to sell us thungs we didn't need.

They were a God send and I would highly recommend this location to anyone that need good quality work for a fair value.

I can honestly leave multiple bad reviews, especially since I've had multiple quotes from you guys, but I think this one should be good enough, definitely leaving this on Google and Facebook as well. Your sales teams prices aren't even realistic. I'm assuming they work off commission meaning that the customer is definitely not kept in mind. We all know that things are extremely expensive, literally apartments complex are charging $1,500.00 a month for a 500 sqft apartment, the literal cost of living is out rages. We're all human and we all exist in this reality together, but for you guys to allow this type of thing to happen at your shop is not Christian like. A few months ago I came in and asked for this same quote from the guy with the white/ garish beard (can't remember his name), but he told me to not go for the cheap one, but to buy the expensive AC compressor and he stated "it's worth spending the $400.00 and not $165.00" so I came in yesterday and asked for the same quote and was priced at $901.04 for the same part I was told a few months ago $400.00? I'm sorry but we all know money doesn't grow on trees. I texted you guys back and nothing? Y'all are fast to reply when things are in y'all's favor but ignore things that aren't? Last week I spent $700.00 with you guys for an oil change and front breaks. Oil 45.00, brakes 100.00 AT MOST, labor 555.00 really? Thanks I'll charge that to the GAME. I'll be frank, I'll never come back. Y'all have lost my business, my companies business, and anyone that will ask me for a referral to a shop. This isn't even really for you guys this is for y'all's customers. Now that I've gotten this off my chest the real message is, people please go somewhere else, and if you chose to come here ask about material cost up front, if you get quoted for something; take that quote and go somewhere else and compare pricing. This place is like a hospital where you pay $100.00 for some jell-O. I've posted a video of the same part never exceeding $600.00 but for some reason they want to charge me $900. Oh and $200 for some freon. To refill your a/c unit that cools your house cost half that. Last week if I didn't tell the same guy that sent me this quote that I had checked the brake fluid (which I didn't ) and that it didn't need to be refilled I'm pretty sure he would've charged me $60 for a bottle that cost $15 and they would've kept the rest.
I've only ever left reviews for police stations that kill unarmed people. They got me out of pocket!


Edit: just saw that someone got a free inspection? I was charged 145.00 for my inspection. Jesus Christ, I'll post the pictures of the receipt in a few hours.

Very helpful with fast and reliable service. I had my car towed here because of a flat tire. They emailed me pictures and offered to call me and explain the repairs/replacement needed.

Had a basic oil change. It was a busy day and they still took care of it within an hour. Pricing was fair. Nice clean waiting area. Friendly staff.

I want to ensure that I am fair in this review. My vehicle is fixed and running well. The advisors are very responsive and pleasant. Customer service was great. The way they communicate and provide information is top tier. The car was done a day after they promised, not a big deal though. The up charge for parts is an inordinate amount and I believe was unfair. A 54.5% mark up is extremely high. I did speak with the service advisor who attempted to explain the prices, however, the explanation was still not clear, nor did it add up. I understand that a business needs to make money however, this should be within reason. I'm only seeking a fair price. Everything else was great with this shop, I'm just unhappy with the pricing. It was certainly unfair.

Very good diagnostic procedure, with photos of the recommended repairs or preventative maintenance.

I have used Christian Brothers several times and am extremely happy with their service. the first time I went in was to have an inspection to make certain everything was OK. They checked everything and did not try to sell me anything. The check was no charge.

I can't judge a business when everything goes great every time. We finally had a hiccup after several service visits for other issues over time. Christian Brothers handled the issue fairly, professionally and to my satisfaction. Now I KNOW I have a company I can trust with all my repairs and recommend friends for their auto needs.

I have all our fleet vehicles done at Christian Brothers in Norcross. Plus my personal cars done as well. The staff is great. On time and budget.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated here yesterday. It was a great experience. I was in & out in just over 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable. The service was friendly and the waiting area was clean & comfortable. I highly recommend this shop.
