We had an issue with them whereby they said we didn't make a quarterly payment when we did. Even when providing proof from the bank they cashed out check they never straightened it out. They kept saying they would but didn't. We switched companies and told them to remove our termite traps. Instead they came when we were not home and installed more. I have called 8 times now over several weeks to get them removed. The typical response is we will get right on that but they never do. Communication with this company is beyond terrible. There are many other good pest control choices.
