Clean Line Sewer and Drain

I had thought based on the reviews that Clean line was a top plumbing company. I have come to the conclusion they are fine as long as there is no problem. Clean line installed a toilet for me. It is in a basement bathroom that is rarely used. 6 months after the installation I was noticing the floor was damp around the toilet. Clean Line was adamant that it was past warranty time even though I explained many times that this is an unused bathroom and a small leak is hard to see. They charged me to reinstall the toilet. It had to be completely removed and reinstalled. It now is well installed and doesn't leak. The first plumber is no longer at Clean Line. The second plumber was more senior and appeared professional and knowledgeable. I am really annoyed at Clean line because I felt they should have agreed to at least check if the toilet was incorrectly installed. The receptionist tried to tell me my drain lines could be blocked and I should have them cleaned. Not!

AA Clean Line sounded different from the beginning - they had what seemed like professional and service oriented people picking up the phone. The service call was on time and the person who came out was professional and explained as much as he could. For things he wasn't certain about it, he would admit that and gave all the options for us to consider. He was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and documented everything that he did from installation and testing on the invoice and verbally told us too. And you get airmiles too. So really, what more can I say about them other than they will be in my phone whenever we have plumbing issues (*cross my fingers* that we won't but if we do I know who to call).

It's really shocking how low your expectations can be when you've dealt with such shady yahoos in the past. All I ever wanted was for someone to show up on time and fix the problem without telling me lies and stealing my time and money. So buh-bye to Shady Shields - I don't have to deal with you again!
