Used to be way better, inconsistencies have been the norm, hopefully it's covid shortages and it'll improve. Plus after years they still don't offer any nutrition info.

Ahh how wonderful it is to have your meal delivered right to your door within twenty minutes of ordering. Or should I say three meals. I ordered the Vietnamese noodle bowl, a fried chicken sandwich and a pork tenderloin sandwich. All tasted really good with large portions. Their menu has a variety of items including pizza which I will try next. The ordering process was confusing for me but I finally got it. Tip is added to the order and don't forget to tip your driver.

Gotta give this props. Reasonably priced, good variety, fresh seeming ingredients, reasonably quick delivery.

Ordered $50 in items. Here's the rundown.

Spaghetti- good, mostly hot, somewhat spicy sauce. My guess is too many crushed red pepper flakes in the sauce. Reheated well the next day.

Caesar salad - excellent! Fresh and crisp. Otherwise standard.

Coconut curry soba noodles - the standout knockout dish of them all. Flavorful. Great blend of flavors achieving umami.

Pad Thai w tofu. - the one real blemish. Tasted terribly fishy, frankly kind of gross.

Black beans - spicy but good and flavorful

Potato salad - herb and mayo based. Redskins. Yummy!

Was delivered in strong plastic containers with plenty of plastic ware packets.

Fantastic. Great food and customer service. Large portion sizes. Love the warm pita bread, chicken chili, and hummus

Got chicken strips and fries delivered. I was just hoping it would be good but it turned out to be great! The chicken was delicious and the fries were not soggy! Plus they have really good ranch which is always a bonus for me. (I'm a sucker for good ranch lol). I'll definitely be getting more food from here!

I was a beta tester for Clustertruck when they first started in the C-bus.
There are so many pluses.
No delivery fee. Unlike some Grubhub and Skip the Dishes. Some restaurants on those platforms charge 6.99! Just out of principle I won't pay that to have food delivered.
FAST. I mean I don't know how they even make the food and deliver it so fast fast!
Lots of options. They have chinese, salads, breakfast, mac and cheese, burgers, mexican and more.
I'm still torn if "rice to meet you" as the header for their asian section is racist. Hmmm.
So far I've had the Mac and cheese (delicious!), breakfast burrito and some other stuff. Always been pleased.
I still like to give other restaurants my business and like when one place specializes in one cuisine. This seems a little generic. But a really great option.

My rating is mainly for their Pad Thai, which was just average for me. The dish overall had decent flavor but relied heavily on more sour flavors than what I would typically expect. It was also very saucy and soupy, much more so than what I am used to with Pad Thai. I ordered tofu as my protein and felt they did a good job with cooking the tofu!

I gave an extra star because someone in my group had ordered a side of tater tots which were GREAT. They were still so crispy which is especially impressive as a delivery. I think there are better dishes from ClusterTruck (their menu is extensive with so many other options to try) and I will update my review when I've tried other dishes.

I finally tried Cluster Truck after hearing my co-workers rave about it for weeks. I must say- we're pretty lucky to be in their delivery range. They are super fast and with so many different types of cuisine on the menu we will never get bored! I tried the Ahi Tuna salad. I could'nt believe how fresh the greens and veggies were. It was beautiful. The tuna was fine. Nothing to freak out over, but we live in Ohio and we don't usually have the luxury of ordering fish that was not previously frozen. I do wish it would have been blackened on the sides though. It could've used more seasoning. I did enjoy it though. Delivery driver was super friendly.

I work downtown so I use cluster truck all of the time. Its super convenient, the menu has tons of variety, group orders are super easy, and the food is actually pretty good.

This usually wins our business over doordash (unless we're craving a specific place) because it allows people to pay separately in group orders.

I will say a couple times they've forgotten parts of our order but its super easy to contact them and they are very responsive. They give 3 options - refund, credit, or delivery of the forgotten item. If you choose credit and it was done on a group order the person whose order was affected receives the credit.

I LOVE that you can get half orders of things like fries and tots. This is the perfect portion for me and not as expensive as a whole order.

I do have a complaint about the lack of ability to customize orders. For example, I wanted a Cobb Salad but I wanted fried chicken instead of grilled. I wasn't able to select this or make a note about it.

My favorites are the BBQ Chicken tenders, tots and side salad. Their blue cheese dressing is very thick but very flavorful.

Oh and they also deliver pints of ice cream!!!

I work on the east side, and it's so hard to find places who will deliver lunch.. until I heard about Cluster Truck! It's fast, affordable, and delicious. I appreciate the variety on their menu, also.

My favorite is the club sandwich, add a side of sidewinder French fries. Lots of rave reviews from people at work about the tacos and pork sammy.

Their website is really user friendly. We typically order at work with 10+ people. The website will inform you when your order has been received, when it's being cooked and put together, and when delivery is expected. The driver texts the phone number associated with the account when they arrive with their make and model vehicle, so it's a very painless process.

Next time work friends can't decide what to do for lunch, just go with Cluster Truck. Food is always good and still hot upon arrival.
