Coachella Self Storage & RV

My friend who was leaving behind me at 6 pm was locked in because it was 1 minute over. He's currently still there trapped and it's 1.5 hours later. Staff is on site but not helping. We have now had to call the police. Not only bad but downright scary place.

This place is great: reasonably priced, clean and safe. The staff accommodated every reasonable request I made and we're easy to work with.

I had my travel trailer stored here for several months and had zero issues. No damage, no attempted break-ins, no inconvenience.

We have our RV stored here at this location. This morning we came to start up our RV and run the generator. To our surprise someone used a sawzall to removed our catalytic converter off our motorhome. The Storage faucitily admitted their camera system is not all that great and are working on upgrading the system. My question is this facility has a maintenance worker driving around. Why didn't he hear and catch the person sawing off our catalytic converter. In addition, this facility has barbed wired going around the top of their fencing/block wall. Most likely another person who leases from this storage faucitily.

I needed a storage area really quick; I did as much research as I could on line and had an idea of the basic pricing. What I was really pleasantly surprised with was the customer service. In my book, at the end of the day, that's what it boil downs to. Maria assisted me; went over all the details, answered all my goofy questions and with a completely professional approach she guided me through the process. Maria was Amazing, I feel completely confident in choice after working with her. Highly recommend.

Renters Beware! There are holes in the roof! A majority of my belongings were destroyed due to frequent desert sandstorms. When I opened my unit, which was located 8 units deep, I was greeted with a large plume of sand and 1/2" of fine desert sand on the ground. Only items in sealed tupper ware were salvageable. I would strongly recommend finding an alternate storage facility, as there was no recourse for my damaged items.

I needed a storage fast and Maria was able to assist me in finding one. Maria was very polite and helpful during the process. I began storing some of my things the first day. I am satisfied with the customer service I received and feel valued as a customer.
