My first experience was good. I was attended to immediately, by two women. The manicurist recommended I try dip nail powder because "it strengthens your nails." Manicure and pedicure cost $86 plus tip. Next time I went back, I didn't want to spend as much so I opted to do another nail dip. So, just removal and new dip color. I checked out and it was $83! I had them changed out a couple other times with varying dollar amounts, for the same service. The nail services only lasted about a week IF that before coming off, peeling up at the cuticle or chipping. Months later my nails are RUINED! They're so thin, brittle and discolored. The employees never talk, so be prepared to sit in awkward silence during your visit. I just can't go back to this place.
**Pricing needs to be clear and prominently displayed.

This place was not very nice. We called to make an appointment for 5 pedicures and they said they could do that, when we arrived we waited an hour just for two of us to be helped and by the end my grandma was not even acknowledged when she was clearly with us. The people were very short tempered and when we asked if there were more people that could to the other people's pedicures they got very aggressive and said they were short staffed even tho when we called they said they could accommodate all 5 of us. Poor grandma didn't even get her toes done. They need to value peoples time and money.

If you value time and money, DO NOT go to this place!!! I made a appointment for a manicure. I showed up on time, they did somewhat acknowledge me. I waited 40 minutes and nothing! A girl came in and right away they took her back. Another lady who had been waiting almost as long as me, was very frustrated. I finally got up and left! I had been to this place once before. They did a ok job, but was crazy expensive! I will NEVER set foot in there again!!! Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.

I wanted to like this place. It is relatively new and appeared clean and is close to my home. I have been in several times, trying to make it work. Something bad has happened every time. I used to make appointments but always had to wait about 15 minutes anyway. After the last time, another customer said she doesn't bother with appointments since she has noticed no difference with or without. There is never an apology or acknowledgment that they kept you waiting. The "spa" pedicure is just ok, nothing special. And there are a lot of add-on fees. I had my pedi and went up to the register to pay and was quoted a decent increase in charge. Turns out the worker gave me gel which I never requested. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I went back in 6 weeks later, they told me it would be $5 to remove the gel which I didn't want and was already charged more for. The manager never offered to remove it for free, never apologized and actually scolded me for getting gel. It was unbelievable. They rate ZERO in customer service. I will not be going back. Ever.
