Computer Repair Doctor

Had a cracked (more than a few) screen w/ some LCD damage on my iPhone 6*. Came to Doc's shop and got it fixed w/i 30 minutes.

They were friendly, professional, and upfront about prices, which were very reasonable. Was even offered discounts for a tempered glass screen protector as well as a case that's good for up to a week, even though I didn't plan on getting anything at that time.

Highly recommend for all of your phone & computer repair needs.

With all his time spent trying to help us, there was no charge which we considered way more than anyone else would have done. They are honest, good people and know what they are doing. We recommend them completely. It is a small business and is easy to find on Cedar Rd.

Just beware. Backstory for context: my Vizio tv stopped Turing on out of nowhere. I went through all the necessary parameters like restating and reaching out to the manufacturer but nothing, they suggested I seek out a repair place. I reached out to Computer Repair Doctor first by phone and asked it they could repair a tv, I told them my story and they said they could. I brought my tv in July 3. They told me it would be a couple of days for an estimate. They got back to me 2 days later to tell me the motherboard needed to be replaced and they would reach out in a week or so to pick it up since the part needed to be ordered. I called them after a week. The motherboard ended up not being the issue and they wanted to order a power source which would take another week or so. I agreed. The part got delayed, they didn't know for how long, They gave me the option to wait for another part, which could POSSIBLY work or just pick it up on July 23. I picked my tv up TODAY after telling them I didn't want to wait and back came off, the screws are gone and a piece literally fell out. I will be contacting my card for the deposit back because they did nothing!

I am traveling from California and my step son dropped my phone. I saw this place and oh my gosh! Very clean and had a diffuser which smells like heaven. A nice flat screen TV to watch while I waited on a delightful sofa. The guy Alex is professional and honest. I live here now so this will be the only place I trust with my phones and computers. You will be so happy here. It feels safe with a touch of class.

Best Place Ever! My laptop wouldn't turn on but the lights on the side were on. I took it to a place right before going here to the Computer Repair Doctor (only because they weren't open yet) and the guy had no idea what was wrong and wanted to charge me $120 minimum to take it apart. I then took it here and Alex fixed it in less than a minute and did not charge me $120. Excellent service, know what they're doing, and they won't rip you off! Highly, highly recommend.

After my son ordered computer parts online, to build his own computer, he ran into problems. I took the computer to Micro Center first. They had a 9 day waiting list. I then contacted Computer Repair Doctor. They were very pleasant and able to examine my son's computer the same day. They were able to find the problem quickly. They completely rebuilt the unit correctly and I was able to pick up the repaired computer the next day. Prices were very reasonable and stayed up front. I highly recommend Computer Repair Doctor.
