Tried to contact them on multiple occasions. Sent them a message through their website, sent them an email, and then I called and spoke to a receptionist. Heard promises to call me back and schedule a consultation, but never actually heard back via. Guess they dont want new customers?

Terrible experience. Avoid like the plague. Paid for filing assistance, Evelyn prepared our return, we had some questions / updates to the return and then she completely ignored us. I've emailed many times, left VMs, called the firm and no response. Now in a position where I have to redo my entire return with another service as I can't file what Cook CPA initially prepared. The most unprofessional service I've ever experienced (this is my first yelp review ever....). DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. They literally stole the fee and didn't deliver the services outlined in the contract.
