Excellent experience start to finish with a walk-in pedicure just 1 hour before closing time on a weekday evening. Highly recommend!

I've gone back several times and I've also brought my 4-yr old niece and sister. I'm always happy with the work. Mani. Pedi. SNS. Gel. Eyebrows.
The staff is nice, not only to me but EVERYONE that comes in. You don't feel judged and they don't give you a sob story as to why they do what they do. I really like them.
They also have a punch card for visits which I think is a great idea. Finding a good nail salon and/or nail tech is hard. Ppl often stick to what they know and are comfortable with. There are 1000 nail salons on every street. Why not reward your loyal customers.
The only semi-con I have is when I got my brows done. I loved the outcome; BUT, the associate double dipped my sticks in the wax and she doesn't apply pressure to the skin after the rip. So if you're going there for eyebrows; request them to break the sticks in half or in 3's prior to dipping them in the wax and request they don't double dip.

I usually do not write reviews. Not a great experience today though. My nails and toes look great but the experience was not good one. Not sure if was Charlie or Daniel today but he was very sweet. I had an appt at 9:30 and it was delayed until 10:10. I get it that things happen out of control. The girl that finially came in did my nails did not speak even one word to me (not even her name). She kept rolling her eyes when my hands were not in the position that she required. I thought the place could have been a bit cleaner. I usually tip twice what I did today. Probably will not go back!

I waited 10 minutes by myself before any other customers came. Daniel sat us all down to get worked on and everyone else was being serviced but me. Even though I was there before them. I felt invisible. I left.

Brought my 2 teen daughters here today with me. The girls got acrylic and I just got the gel polish done. The staff was very friendly and the environment was relaxing. Sometimes I feel rushed when I go to a nail salon but today was relaxing. They run specials on services and today was 30% off. We did book appointments and when I called today to add on 1 more person they were easygoing about it. This is what nail service should be like.

Service was fine, pricing and customer service is another story. The prices aren't posted anywhere. There is a lot of discrepancy in what they seem to charge people but you can not question anything since nothing is posted or available for consumers. I left a review stating this feedback on facebook and now all they are doing is arguing with me and making it worse so I decided to leave a review on every platform possible. I had a basic pedicure and sns French tip nails done. My friend has a basic pedicure and regular sns nails done. They charged her $70.00 and told me $97.00. When I questioned the difference they said it was because of the french tip and removal of sns. No break down could be provided. He then offered to take 10% off but there was a sign in the window stating all services were already 10% off so still confused on that one. I paid $88.00 which seems high but the bigger issue is there is no prices posted ahead of time. Then when I left that feedback, all they have done is argue with me.
