So much doesn't even matter if there is disrespectful and incompetent front desk "help"

Only because there's a shortage of ENT specialists that practices like this can treat their patients with disregard and ignore repeated voicemails and texts. Avoid this clinic like the plague if you can find another ENT. My wife and her family are employed physicians who get into much trouble from patient complaints. Still, private practices get away with it because patients' only recourse is the Texas Medical Board. Good luck if you even want to think about it.

Not impressed with the care my husband received. I booked him an appointment with a doctor but he was shifted to a PA. Okay, that's fine. However, his questions were ignored and he was given horrible advice on how to deal with his physical condition causing hearing loss. No empathy, no help, no recommendations.

Making an appt is a nightmare! I did the live chat a few days prior and they were to contact me to book an appointment. After a few days I decided to give live chat another try and the gentleman was unable to really do anything but offer someone to call me. I tried calling and selected 2 from the pre recorded message and it rang out as no one answered and the option of leaving a voice mail was not offered. So in a last ditch effort I decided to try the option on the website to text support. The representative asked all the same questions and offered to have someone call me back.
If a company is going to invest in a live chat/text support or electronic scheduling then maybe they should just cancel that and hire a real person to answer the phone to book appointments.
Basically I was tied up for an hour asked the same questions over and over and still no appointment. P.S. a real person would have taken my appt within a few minutes.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Doug S.Fort Worth, TX148691666May 1, 2021
I been going to Cross Timbers ENT for a few months now for hearing and it has been a good experience. The staff at the front are nice and helpful. Easy to make an appointments on the phone. They also have a Mansfield location I have only been to the Arlington location. The office is on third floor in the corner off the elevator. Plenty of parking out front. Waiting room is a little small but I always have a seat when I go. Television in the waiting room just shows hearing info commercials instead of real TV. I guess that is easier than people wanting to change the TV show, or some bad show that you cannot stand.
I had a hearing test here, I like hearing test lot of fun listing to beeps. The audiologist I had was very nice knowledgeable and professional. The doctor I saw was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional I will always go back to him if I can. Front desk staff and on the phone all have done a great job when I go in or call.Helpful 11Thanks 0Love this 10Oh no 0 - Lynn S.Fort Worth, TX06Sep 19, 2022
This place is scary bad for your health. Dr Cho tells me to get a CT scan ASAP on a Friday and says you may need chemo just throw a little scare in there but never bothered to tell me she was going on a two week vacay and wouldn't allow me to see another doctor or schedule another appoint for 6 weeks! Turns out I have cancer and firs thing the oncologist said was wish i coulda seen you sooner......they conveniently removed my comments from their Facebook page and have only a like button, no others, so they can keep a 4.6 out of 5 rating

Why does my time not matter?? I had a 1:45 appt. to get my ears cleaned. Got there at 1:30 to fill out everything they needed. Several folks came in after me, they too filled out their info.. and we're getting called int the rooms. At 2:15 I went and asked "didn't I have a 1:45 appt.? After she scanned her screen she said yup! Trying to find you a room.. after a few more min they called my name, led me to an exam room where I sat for another 30 min. I left my very important job to be at the scheduled appt. they set for me.. Why is my time not important?? Imagine if they folks had to leave their jobs to get to an appt. and had to wait over an hour past said appt. NOT COOL!

Took my daughter to Cross Timbers ENT in October for a second opinion. The doctor was fine, did a simple nasal examination and talked to us. On the way out of the office the nurse ask us to sign a consent form for a nasal endoscopy, we told her the doctor didn't preform one. But she insisted we sign it anyway.
A couple of months later we received a bill for the copay for an endoscopy procedure. I have spent 4 months arguing with the billing department that this was not done, but they are claiming that our

I am existing patient. I have been with 2 doctors in the office and they seemed informed but their follow up with patients is not well. It seems the office staff is not communicating. I have to keep calling to find results of my test and to tell them I have never received a call back that they said they would make. Reading other reviews tells me the staff is terrible. My wife work's for a doctor so I know what a good office staff is. I feel I am in too deep to restart.
I will say that Eric with the Hearing Aid center is amazing. I highly recommend him if you have hearing issues.
I am with the Mansfield office.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Helena Y.Arlington, TX027May 11, 2019
