There is never a set day that they deliver water. It changes without any warning to me. For a while, I had my bill paid through the auto pay feature and the money was taken out even though I didn't get the water until a couple of weeks later. The staw that broke the camels back was when I hadn't received a water shipment since May 24. On July 28, I called to cancel my account an told the to pick up the empty bottles and the dispenser. The pick up has been changed 3 times since then. And I see it was changed on the calendar but no notice was given to me. I guess they think I'm going to sit at home all day waiting for them to not show up. You will notice I gave no stars. Well I can't leave no stars so the get one star

This company is completely unreliable. They cancel deliveries with little notice and with no excuse. If you are looking for really crappy service then this is a good company to use otherwise get your water elsewhere!

Absolutely terrible! Lied to me in Costco to get me to sign up, and it's been nothing but botched deliveries bad billing and headaches for the past 9 months. They make it very difficult to cancel. RUN RUN RUN.

Their truck destroyed my yard. I'm on a No Outlet street and instead of backing the truck back up the street the driver tried to turn around. Ended up stuck in the yard - rained the day before and literally dug into the yard. Driver called in the damage, I filed a complaint - no response after 24 hours. I was not their customer - a neighbor was so if I can't give them an account number why would they bother with me? I will have the customer call them too but am not holding much hope. Totally unacceptable!! No local number to call either.

Absolutely terrible company. Been waiting on a water cooler for 3 weeks now with service reps saying "it's coming today". Have taken days off work waiting for these guys to no avail. Don't use these guys under any circumstance.

We've had inconsistent service since we signed up with them two years ago. With the skipped delivery in May, we'd had enough. We cancelled our account and have scheduled FIVE times for them to come pick up our bottles and their cooler. Today was one of the days they were supposed to come get it. I even called and they assured me they were still coming. They didn't come.

I am not one to give negative reviews; you can clearly tell by looking at my yelp profile. We love to support local businesses. However, when you are scheduled to have your first installation and water delivered between 8am and noon, I would expect to have it delivered or a call saying hey we are short handed and won't make it out until Monday. I would have been fine with that. However, this did not happen no communication at all. I did call customer service at 7:45 pm that evening, and they did answer the call quickly and got me to the correct department where, unfortunately, I canceled my order before even getting installation and our first order. The gentleman I spoke to did apologize for what happened but stated this was marked delivered and signed for, and it was not. They did also take care of my $50.00 that is currently on hold, and I should have it back within 3 to 5 days. The gentleman on the phone I would rate him 5 star, but unfortunately first impressions are everything and if I had issues with the first delivery I did not want to see what would happen during the additional deliveries.

I signed up with them through my Costo membership. We had been very happy with them up until the last month. Our last delivery was 6/5/23. They did not deliver at the beginning of July as scheduled. We were due for delivery on 7/3, they changed it to 7/5, it was not delivered I called to check on it was told it would be there the next week, again was not delivered, was told it would be delivered 7/10, 7/13,7/19, 7/20, 7/23, it has yet to be delivered! I have spoken to them several times even requesting to speak with management with promises it would be the next day delivery and yet I still have no water , but I did see they were kind enough to invoice me for the water cooler that I cannot use because I have no water! The excuse they give me for not receiving the delivery is that they are short staffed, perhaps the managers need to come out of the office and assist with deliveries if the staff are unable to maintain the current deliveries! FED UP with lack of follow through with this company and broken promises, how dare they charge me for the cooler that is unplugged and not in use due to their inability to deliver the product!

That's it. Too many missed deliveries. I finally called the number to be told that my route has been suspended with no ETA on when it will be resumed. But the delivery notifications by text and email never stopped. No upfront notifications. Awful consumer service. This is a bad business. Avoid.

Terrible!! I have never had such awful service. Inconsistent deliveries. Called to cancel four times and still getting charged. Told them I was moving and needed to have dispenser picked up gave them a months notice and they never picked up. Now I'm in new location and still have dispenser and bottles. Was supposed to be contacted by supervisor and they never call. How is this even possible to run a business this way?
