I was looking forward to getting a service done here, so I called like at 10:50am today and I asked if I could get a leg wax. The lady said yes, but can you come at 11:30am I said, yes that would be perfect. I show up at 11:29am and I go to check in I say "I'm here for my appointment at 11:30am" she looks at me and says "oh crap I forgot to tell the girl about your appointment" so she quickly calls the girl who I'm assuming is going to do my wax, then she tells me I have to wait until she gets here at 12 because she forgot to tell her. I had to be somewhere at 12:45pm and I didn't want to be rushed.

It really sucks that I can't even leave a review on the service that I wanted to get because I didn't even get to that point, I think it's very unprofessional to waste my time like this, I didn't waste your time, I showed up at the time you asked me to show up!!!!

Lashes:
Ladies, ladies, ladies. If you want your lashes done, DaLash will get you right. I didn't know what style I wanted and Jana came up with the perfect set to compliment my eyes and style. Not only did they look absolutely stunning, Jana was so gentle and frequently checked up on me to make sure I was comfortable during the application process. I've been getting compliments left and right! I came in about 2 weeks ago and my lashes still look as fresh as the day I got them. If you want quality, amazing retention, and personalized care there is no other place to be.

Eyebrows:
I have really sensitive skin with low pain tolerance so I always dread waxing HOWEVER, Lien (Samantha) totally changed the game for me. She is always very mindful of my preferences and pain thresholds and shapes my eyebrows just the way I like them. I refuse to get my face waxed by anyone else but her. She is so gentle, understanding and always eases my fear of pain before doing my waxes. In the past I'd only get my eyebrows waxed once a year for special occasions but ever since coming to Lien, I'm able to get my waxing in every few weeks without fear! If that wasn't enough, she also does THE most relaxing facials

TLDR;
DaLash is the place to be. If you want a relaxing experience where you treated with utmost care and consideration, no place tops DaLash. The ladies here are top-notch, detailed, personable and bring out the best qualities in all their customers. DaLash has my heart (and lashes) LOL.

Samantha did an amazing job with my leg wax and underarm wax! She is so gentle, and comforting. She knows what she's doing! Shes going to be my go-to from now on.

Well done all the time on my facial & relaxing pretty much after. I had tried a few other places, but Dalash Beauty is my favorite one.

My second time around to DaLash salon. Love this place! This time I came to get lash extensions and Van took care of me. I chose natural classic and my lashes came out so beautiful and still looked great after 2 weeks! She was amazing! Extremely happy with it! It doesn't feel like I have any on. I'm constantly asked who does my lashes. Highly recommend and you won't regret it.

I love this place!!! They're very friendly and helpful. The lady spent her time to recommend the lash styles for me and explained in detail the process of lash extension and aftercare. The result is even better than what I expected. Definitely come back!

Staff was very friendly. Was able to accommodate my schedule change promptly. They're fastidious with the eyelashe extensions, all in a clean comfortable environment

Reluctant at first as most men are thinking facials are just for women but I went for it and it changed my way of thinking totally! Now it's the next morning and my face still feels refreshingly clean and smooth. I even took portrait photos afterwards yesterday and got compliments. I would recommend to anyone who hasn't done a facial before to come out and try. The setting is privately enclosed and you don't even hear any of the outside noise. Very soothing and relaxing. The facialist was so kind and even gave me some tips on improving my skin at home.

I normally do not get facials done because I had a bad experience with my previous salon. My bestie gifted me a gift certificate at Dalash Beauty so bestie and i made an appointment. I had their 65 Minutes Facial Treatment and bestie had her lashes done. Lien did an outstanding job. From start to finish it was flawless. She was very kind and knowledgeable about what she was doing. She was though in explaining in details the steps and what she was doing and the products she was using on my face. The facial was so relaxing that I literally fell asleep and she had to wake me up. I have problems with dark circles under my eyes and she recommended some products to help me with this. I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment and have purchased 2 additional facials with them. This place is also very clean and looks really cute. I highly recommend them and will definitely be letting my friends and family know. Thank you Dalash Beauty for the awesome service!
