About a year and a half ago, Dale and Megan assisted us in the purchase of a home on Moonstone Beach in Cambria.
I have worked with many brokers and agents in my life and some have been pretty good. However, in working with Dale and Megan, it took things to a whole new level. They were so helpful both during and after the escrow period.
about six months after the close of escrow, I had a small water leak in the roof. Megan helped me greatly in accessing the warranty plan I had obtained in escrow and she made it so easy.

Dale Kaiser was my agent in purchasing a home in Morro Bay recently. I've purchased 3 homes in San Diego previously but Dale definitely stands out as the most helpful and responsive agent. He has over 35 years experience in this area, which was very helpful. My purchase price was at the low end of the market, but Dale put in 100% effort. There were difficulties with the seller and their agent being in LA and Dale put in extra effort dealing with that. He's an agent who gets the job done.

Currently purchased a home In Morro Bay. Been a local my entire life from Cayucos and have known of Dale since I was a kid. He is a good man. However, My wife and I worked with Megan and she is beyond awesome. Couldn't have asked for anything to be easier, especially being a first time home owner. AND she made sure we moved in happy/content. There's a lot of BS in the real estate world, but dealing with this company, we had to experience none
