The whole team at Darrylls, especially Rob, were professional, nice and friendly! They were able to tow my food truck with no problem and the price was totally reasonable. I would absolutely use them again and have already given their info to my fellow food truckers. Great people! Exceptional service!

I was in a fender bender and was forced by Cincinnati cops to have my car towed over a broken tie rod end Friday evening they had Darrylls pick up the car .I called Saturday to pick up the car and was told that their office was closed over the weekend and I wouldn't be able to get the car until Monday when my wife was having surgery ,and the car is in her name and they wouldn't let me get it even though I was the one that signed off on them taking the car ( I think that is the law so that's not the problem) so Monday I tried to talk to them and was getting no where with their rudeness so my wife called and they said it would cost 260.00 to get the car .we informed them of our situation and they didn't budge on helping us. So we informed them she wouldn't be able to get there until Wednesday. So we show up Wednesday to get the car and some how the price is now 410.00 plus tax amazed at the price we ask for an explanation and got long moments of silence and a bunch of BS ,so I ask what is it a hundred dollars a day storage and quickly a employee says no it's only 20 , well I'm no math teacher but 70 dollar tow and setting there from Friday evening till Wednesday morning doesn't add up till 410.00 plus tax . So after the employee said the rates and the others realized the jig was up , they decided to give us a so-called discount of 310.00 dollars ( yeah I know how nice). So then to help out even more they drag my car out in the only puddle around knowing I have to fix the tie rod. The whole time I'm working on the car they are stalking around were I am witch is not around the main area of business .I get the tie rod fixed only to realize they had left windows down in my car that were not when I left it the battery is now dead and a car with a new motor will not run from a dented fender where air bags didn't go off or anything. Very fishy right ! So I ask the people that own the house with the big puddle in front of it if I can leave it there over night and pick it up later, and they said it was fine all of a sudden here comes the lady from Darrylls that over charged us asking why I was talking to those people, it seemed like she was dying to get my car back in their grease hands. But it was parked legally with permission. So when I see any good reviews on this company I am forced to think they wrote them or a family member. I hope no one else has to encounter these awful people ever ,we had ask to speak to the owner and never got to so I'm not sure if this is how he does busines or if he has employes putting cash in their pockets with out him knowing.
