business transaction, that I felt was unfair and commited deceptive business practice.
Refuses to get the money I paid back to me, or provide proof of purchase. Refuses to take my calls, text, emails, or social media.

Horrible work, dishonest owner. Made a mistake on our roof and never rectified it. Never use Paplow roofing
