I had another amazing experience with Dr.Hartman and his staff. They always take care of my concerns and medical needs while providing excellent customer service and top notch medical care.

I spent 1000.00's of dollars for three procedures. I had before photos taken, and was told how amazing I would look, I wanted them to address 2 deep wrinkles and some slight sagging and jowls , no problem, with threads, laser and lip filler I would be more then pleased with the outcome. I had my procedure done, i followed my aftercare to a T, even using distilled water and gauze for cleaning, didn't touch my face, slept on my back. One Month later, I see NO change, other then one big hole in my face and pain, like bee stings everytime I talk, move my mouth to eat, smile, it's pretty painful. With many tears in my eyes, my mirror reflecting the same face, the same wrinkles, the same sagging and jowls but with the addition of pain and a hole in my face and my savings account looking bleak. The price of beauty is expensive as we age, but when you spend 5000.00 dollars and you look at the same face with pain now, and a hole you didn't have before. it's truly heartbreaking. Trust me before I decided to do this, I researched many hours , until I pinpointed what was right for what I needed, is his equipment low grade, does he only want you to spend 15,000 for a blotchEd facelift. I don't know. You would think 5000.00 I would of had a slight improvement at least. So please save your money, and spend it somewhere else, someone who has the right skills and equipment to give you the results you deserve. I'm just broken hearted for being so vain to wanting to look better and only looking worse and in pain. I did go back, mainly to complain about my pain , it was brushed aside. I wanted the filler that I used only half of to be used on the 2 wrinkles I wanted addressed , they said it would be only chancing wrinkles and didn't recommend. They took after photos and they seen no change, but didn't say as much. Said oh look, there is a little less sagging, oh boy, wasn't much before hand. I'm beyond hurt! Is my pain permanent, I'm sure my hole will heal in time , my savings might get rebuilt in time. But my first and only facial procedure was a heartbreaking loss.

RUN. RUN. RUN from this man. I could give a zero I would. Don't ever trust your face to this man. He did an open forehead lift (big mistake) now my hair line is lopsided unnatural and I will forever have to have bangs! I wish that was all he did but... He did my upper lids and lower skin pinch. I now have one eye bigger than the other and scars all over my eyes. My upper lids were improperly cut and I have hanging skin in the corners of the eye. The lowers skin pinch he said I would never see the cuts - and of course they are horrible. Worst of all he took my stitches out early so he and his entire staff could go to a trade show - which is why I have a big scars under my eyes. I AM SCARRED FOR LIFE AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. . He has brought me nothing but misery every time I look in the mirror I want to cry. He ruined me. TRUST ME HE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU ONCE HE IS DONE. He will do nothing about it either! I paid a lot of money to this man and he should return it two fold so this can be fixed or pay for a qualified surgeon to fix it. That's said I realize some things can't be fixed and that's why you really need to do your research. This was supposed to be a happy thing for me. I saved for a long time to have surgery done. I've had nothing but misery ever since.

Please whatever you do - stay away from this man. Do not be fooled by the advertisement in Beauty Magazine or his paintings on the wall that he says he restores. I found out after my surgery he pays for that rating in the magazine. Nobody has rated him!

I was incredibly impressed with the service of Dr. Hartman and his staff. I have visited several aesthetics offices over the years and have never been given so much time to discuss the goals of my visit. The office was beautiful and my whole experience was inspiring.
