DB Nails and Spa

I love coming here! Very close to Tech campus and they always do a very good job. The employees are kind, and actually tend to your needs and wants. Highly recommend and they take student discounts:)

This is my go to place for shellac. Their work is always done, and done well. On top of that it is quick, but never rushed. Conversation was easy and fun with my manicurist and the color was perfect for me. I will continue to come back, especially with the student discount that they offer!

Tip: head that way during the week when most students are in class. Top service in a quiet and calming environment.

Went in today to get my nails done for a special event. Great customer service, everyone was super sweet. The nails are exactly what I asked for and showed them a picture of. Super fast too, was out in 45 minutes. This is the best I've ever had my nails done in Lubbock and this is the only place I'll be going to from now on!

I went to get my nails done at 7:30pm on a Wednesday and I wasn't sure if they'd be able to get me in since they close at 8. But I had a nail tech started on my nails within 5 minutes of me being there (even with it being very busy when I arrived)! She was so nice and took her time making sure that I liked how they were looking after each step. I brought a reference picture for the design I wanted and it was perfect! So impressed with the attention to detail and speedy service

I cant even believe what an amazing job they do. Obviously I love a long fun nail. But they really take the time to make sure they are careful on the cuticles and your nail-beds! Obviously this shapes not for everybody. But they can do some amazing things on a natural nail. I highly recommend em if you're new in town. Everyone hates trying to find a new nail tech, this is the one your looking for. Finally had a place to take my mother in law, happy to say mother-in-law approved.

I made an appointment and wasn't taken care of till 45 min after my appointment time. I got shellac and honestly it looked terrible. I'm upset i spent $35 plus tip (so $40 total) for my nails. Not to mention last time i got the dip powder and they botched one of my nails. They are overpriced and do not the best service.

Waited an hour with foil and acetone on my nails because they didn't have anyone. In total was there for about two and a half hours. Walked out and in the sunlight my nails looked awful. Went back to get them fixed after spending $83 on them and he told me to come back in five hours and all they can do is repaint them but will not actually fix them. They also charge you to remove your previous nails even after getting them done at DB so you pay to put them on and have them removed. After two days, my nails were lifting in the back and underneath. Would not recommend at all. So rude, absolutely no customer service, way overpriced for my nails to end up ugly.

shitty ass service, waited an hour to get my nails done. the woman was rude as fuck and chopped my nails off when i told her not to. they're jagged and bumpy, it's a mess do not waste your time and money on this trash ass place. not to mention they overcharged me for fucking shellac on my natural nails. TRASH

Great mail salon! I'm from out of town and took a stab at a salon and NAILED IT! Nice people and they did a fantastic job!
