Delicate Nails

All the girls that complain about not having PERFECT nails are crazy. This place has good staff and is clean, I think Tien is the owner cause he can successfully do my nails and make appointments for clients over the phone at the same time! While still paying attention to me! Tien is amazing at what he does and I will continue to come here.

This place along with the other nail salons I've been is busy too. I made a reservation and got lucky to be attended to right away. My first time here, and with a busy place like this, I doubt if you will find a person that you will like right away. You have to go through a lot of the techs first before you find the right person. They're a couple dollars more than other places.

Thrilled they were able to get me in with such short notice. When making my appt I explained what I was looking for and explained how I was terrified as I still have issues with my broken toe. The tech was extremely gentle but still able to get rid of my terrible calluses. Very happy with her work and my entire experience. Definitely recommend! Totally relaxing. Dont be surprised by the $1.50 service fee. They also ask that you tip in cash.

first time going to a nail place in tucson so i didn't know what to expect. i called on a sunday to see if they had an opening and they did. once i got there the place was very crowded almost every seat was taken: however they got me in right away, they have multiple pedicure levels. i went with the 45$ mask one because i run a lot and wanted them to focus on my callus. they had a lot of gel color options which was nice. the lady doing my nails didn't know any english so we communicated by pointing but the pedicure was amazing. they use warm towels and lotions. my feet have never been this soft. the pedicure came out to around 60$ without tip. in order to tip you have to zelle the employee separately.

I've been going to this nail salon for the past 2 years. Sadly because they did a better job than the other nail salons in this area (Cortaro, Silverbell and I-10). Their prices keep going up and their quality down. I was there 6 days ago, paid $102 plus tip for a full set and gel polish on my toes. Last night I took a bath and the gel polish on my toes peeled off. Gel polish is supposed to last at least 2 weeks!! What the heck!
Very disappointed to see the quality of work. This has happened in the past and I return so they can fix it. But time is priceless and I can't be wasting an entire hour or two for them to fix their errors. They should do a good job from the first time.
Never again will I step foot here. And if you don't like throwing your money away, don't go to Delicate Nails.

This place is way too busy and crazy. They work too fast and don't care about the quality of their work. My last visit, they had me twisted to the side doing a manicure while I was trying to get a pedicure. Distracting, rushed and not relaxing. It has become all about volume here.

I gave this place another chance. I shouldnt have.. I asked for square nails. They are not square what so ever. The man cut them very uneven and they look weird. They tried to add acrylic but it is still uneven. :(
You should see the amount of acrylic added to "fix" my nail. I have to pay to get it fixed somewhere else. It's causing pain.

Ok... So I'm 31 I have had my nails done many times and at many different nail salons... This time I left burning and bleeding... when I called for a refund I was argued with... thank god when my fiancée got home he took me down there and made them refund me! Horrible service... I was shaking! They made us come back in to show my blood for a refund. Wow. Praying I don't get infections...

Took two hours for a basic manicure and pedicure. Very busy, crowded, really couldnt wait to leave

I have always had a great experience at this salon. Sophie gives THE BEst Pedicures. I won't go anywhere else to get my nails and pedicures done! High recommend! Just a FYI you cannot put tips on your card (cash, Zelle, cashapp accepted for tips, depending on worker).
