Deluxe Nail Salon & Spa

I come here whenever I want to get my nails done. I love going here. A person I would recommend is Danny. He did my SNS French tip manicure and was awesome. This was my first time having him and he was so detailed and intentional with everything. He took his time on my nails and continuously asked if I liked them! I really appreciated having him as a technician!

The reason why I gave a 4/5 is because consistency isn't there overall. I had a great experience with Danny but other times I feel like my service is rushed. Sometimes I get my cuticles cut and other times I don't. Sometimes I get a hand massage and other times I don't. I just wish there was consistency so I know what to expect and it's different every time and I typically do the same service. I also wish there was an itemized receipt because most of the time, I get the bill shrug my shoulders and pay it. An itemized receipt would ensure I'm paying for what I'm asking for. Overall, I would recommend! These are my two recommendations that I think would help all customers

I've always had good service here except for the last time i went. they lowkey pooped on me :( My toe is infected due to the girl doing my nails and pedi, she stabbed me with what i assume was a dirty utensil bc now my toe looks disgusting :(

I went to this salon mid summer. Just wanted to do something for myself since I had just had surgery. The salon is aesthetically nice. My niece and sister-in-law suggested I go there. I was disappointed beyond words. I just wanted a basic clear nail polish on my hands and French pedicure with clear polish on my toes. I had my arm in a brace and was leaving town the next day. I had expected more from my nail tech Zoe. For such a nice place I thought this place would be good. First, I asked her to correct
a blob on the pedicure. I asked her to fix it She tried and messed it up again. I looked at her funny and she shrugged her shoulders and continued to the next foot and did it again. Being uncomfortable I didn't say anything. She asked me about my mani again and I told her once again clear polish. She asked me to pay. I did and tipped her generously anyway. She walked away not completing the polish part of the manicure. I asked her yo come back and complete the manicure. She did one hand and rushed off. I should have said something before I left., but couldn't because if my ride was already there and was in a hurry What a waste. I wrote a comment on their website and no one contacted me to remedy the issue.

AVOID this place! I'm overwhelmed with where to even begin. My experience with Deluxe Nail Salon was so unfortunate and disappointing.

Came here for a pre-vacation mani pedi since the Oakley location did not have any appointments available.

I wasn't really greeted when I came in but I waited less than 10 minutes for my pedicure to start. She did ok with the polish but the cuticles and dead skin removal could've been much better. For my mani, my stylist seemed to forget to have me soak my nails in the water so I only did so for about 3 minutes.

My biggest complaint is that not even a week after my appointment my sns mani chipped on one finger. Two days later another finger chipped. I have not done anything strenuous and I have never had my mani chip this much. Very disappointed and the service was not good enough for me to come back. Also, parking sucks. Giving up on these chain salons

As a regular client in the salon, one day I'm running late for an appointment so they cancel it without letting me know. I called them to say I would be 15 min late but then when I arrive they tell me my appointment was cancelled. Horrible management. Take your business elsewhere. The guy running this place needs to understand they need customers we don't need the business when there's many others out there.

Just finished my pedi with Mimi, and it was great!!! Haven't been here in a while, but I'll definitely be back. Mimi did an amazing job. Right now they're having a special: with a regular pedi you get a sugar scrub included. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my pedi and the service!

Got in last minute since all my other salons were closed, due to the weather. Very nice ambiance. People are friendly. Fun experience with the wax dip at the end, as well.

Hands down, this is my FAVORITE place to get my nails done! Treating myself to a manicure or pedicure isn't something I do on the regular, so when I do take the time to do it, I want them to be done well and to last! Every time I've gotten my nails done at Deluxe they have exceeded my expectations! Not only that, but the atmosphere here is adorable and everything is very clean! *Keep in mind that you can pay with a card but all tips will need to be cash only, so either bring the cash with you or you can use their ATM!

A friend and I went here for the first time. I got a gel mani, she got tips with gel. Both turned out great! Tina and June were fantastic. We will definitely be back!
