Kirsty the hygienist was amazing. My mom had a deep cleaning on 4 quadrants. My mom was happy that she did not feel anything when Kristy was numbing her. And the cleaning went great! Thanks!

I just called this establishment for more information on the practice for a family member .
R U N ! Unprofessional!
I Couldn't even make it past the initial phone call I can only imagine the mess there! And no it was not an answering service they're open on Saturdays and this person works there!
Fortunately for me I am blessed to be able to afford any dentist I want yep!
But.....
You should definitely proceed with caution with this business...
First off:
I feel sorry for people who are forced into situations due to their insurance or financial status ( for example this office takes medi -cal/ denti cal)
And they have to put up with dental offices like this one. I will never allow my friend or family member to become a patient here but for people who do not have someone to advocate for them this is just sad! No matter your situation you deserve respect and dignity always!
The person who answered the phone today does not know how insurance works which is a red flag for me ( It was as if she was pretending to know and mouthing off) she was instantly rude from the moment she answered the phone looking for confrontation!
She also does not know who they refer out to when an issue arises that cannot be completed in their office.... what?
Another red flag!
(Of course they do you have a list! Every office does! They cant be disorganized like that... or are they! ... ? Another red flag)
if she did not know the answers to my questions rather than mouthing off she could have let me know someone who does can call me back.. its pretty simple !
People need to ask questions about your practice to see if its a good fit for them get over yourself lady !if you do not like your job find a different job!
Sounds like an office only interested in charging up bills for things you may not need. " oh we know nothing we are just in business" hmmm. The brief phone call only got worse from there....
" so sorry for bothering you"
To the dentist :Unfortunately for you I will never know if you are a good dentist or not for my family member as I couldn't even get past the person answering your phones.
Some unsolicited advice for you ...
Please work to ensure your office staff knows how to treat people with respect and dignity and additionally ensure they are trained in insurance practices if that is what they are also there for. Your office staff is a reflection of you and your office as a whole I understand you may work with difficult people occasionally etc. but I was not one of them I was simply calling to inquire for a disabled family member of mine as to what services your office offers and I am appalled!
We must treat all people with respect and dignity as human beings. Your office staff picked the wrong person to mouth off to today as I will not be spoken to that way nor will I be recommending ANY " Dental exspress"
People of the general public:
Beware and know there are resources for the information you may need such as asking your insurance carrier or the Dental board of California and no dental office should be hesitant to answer any questions you may have related to becoming a patient of theres ...they should be properly trained to assist and be respectful at all times! Do not let anyone be rude or push you around! Although it is the consumers part to educate themselves on their full insurance benefits there is no excuse for someone to be disrespectful to you.
God forbid you need work done at this office just be sure to Ask for a "pre authorization " prior to completing ANY work especially major work because if the person who answered the phone today is doing your billing your in for a real treat ... I can only imagine! Literally!

I do not recommend this place!!!! I scheduled a cleaning 3 weeks in advance, arriving at my appointment 10 minutes early so everything was ready. I waited for them to pass me and everything was fine, the assistant told me to relax and wait, 50 minutes passed and the assistant returned telling me that she didn't know until what time they were going to see me, that she had 4 or 5 patients before me, she told me If I want to wait, they don't know how long the wait will be, so if I want, I can schedule an appointment another day. They could have told me that before entering and I would have understood it, but they told me that since I was sitting there waiting in a room that had not finished adapting it. The truth is it was a terrible experience and I will never return.

Can't really speak on the work of the dentists, but I found the customer service to be poor. The few times I called, I was polite and asked some simple questions and the lady answering the calls made it seem like I was a nuisance. Did everything she asked, sent in insurance card, filled out the registration form, tried responding back to their text line and no response.

The dentist and nurses are really nice, respectful, and know how to do their job. I am giving this company 3 stars because the receptionists at this company are terrible. They kept messing up my appointment dates. When my daughter had an appointment to see the dentist there they said she didn't have an appointment that day when she did have an appointment that day. Then when my daughter didn't have an appointment a certain day they would say she did when she didn't. Also my daughter asked the receptionist if she needed any pain pills after getting dental surgery done, and the receptionist said she doesn't need it. Also when she was in pain we did have to give her pain pills despite the receptionist saying she doesn't need it. Clearly the receptionists there are terrible at their job and they should have hired better employees in my opinion.

Made an appointment for a simple Cleaning, Xrays and just a general overall evaluation but was so disappointed with this location. Walked in received nearly no acknowledgement like a simple good morning! Very unfriendly like they were not interested in gaining any additional clients. Turned around and walked out, never even saw the dentist! I'll keep going to TJ! They're friendly, inexpensive, great workmanship and EVERYTHING is taken care of for a great price. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Dr Ferguson was amazing. 100% recommend this place. Great customer service they were super friendly. Even though I have a lot of anxiety usually at the dentist, I didn't this time. Definitely will go back

Im not the biggest dentist fan but this place makes it not so bad lol they have an amazing front desk - Whitney went out of her way to make sure I was very well taken care of - thank you!!!!! Dr. Jamie is a wonderful dentist ! I moved locations with the dentist to make sure I stayed with Dr. Jamie- thank you!!!!
