Destiny's Nails

Showed up today at 6:20pm when online it says they close at 7pm. Only needed a quick eyebrow treatment. They looked at me through the early locked door and through an X with their arms. Couldn't answer the door or answer my phone call. If you're going to close before 7pm especially a WHOLE 40 MINUTES earlier then change it on your sign. Ridiculous. Never going their again

looked at the sign that said walk-ins welcome. So I walked in with that being said I asked and told the lady what type of nails I wanted. And she said sure okay. So I sat down and waited for a few minutes and then another lady came in with her kid and asked to sign her name and come back in a 30 minutes so. I said to her I wanted to visit another store and asked if it was alright for me to do the same thing .she took my number and said yes. So i come back 30 minutes later enter the door and the lady sternly tells me to leave and turn around" I asked her why, and that I had signed my name on the paper. She looks at the paper and says it's not on there anymore and scratches it out in front of me I told her that I came in earlier and signed my name. She told me that I needed to leave and not come back because nobody wanted to do my nails. She gave me no reason or explanation and kicked me out of the store and told me not to come back, I have no idea what I did or why I was treated this way

Add an appt do noon 2 days prior. Get there 15 minutes ahead of my appt. Tell me I have to wait 45 min when my appt was at 12. Why make appts when you don't honor them. So unprofessional.

Walked in with 2 eyebrows, left with 1 1/2. They were busy so I was expecting a wait. Instead I was immediately sent to the wax room and she basically ran in and spent a minute for the entire wax. When she handed me the mirror I was shocked. One eyebrow was perfect, but the other had half chopped off. I wasn't expecting twins, but these eyebrows weren't even cousins. Overall felt very rushed and like they just needed to get me out the door as quick as possible. I would have rather came back another time when they could take care of me properly. Will not be going back.

My nails always look great and last 2 to 3 weeks. My main issue is the pricing is never consistent. I always get the same thing so I dont know why the cost is different everytime I go. The last time I asked their answer didn't make sense. I think they make it up as they go. If you look at their pricing board, it never adds up. I think it depends on whos chair you sit in. I like the work they do, but this bothers me. It feels deceiving.

They did an amazing job! They did exactly what i asked for & my nails didn't chip once, which has been a reoccurring problem I've had with other salons. 10/10!

This place has went downhill since the last time I was here. Was here three hours and they would take people who were also walk in before me and my friend who was here before hand for already a half hour. Then one lady had an appointment 10 minutes before doing my friends toes and rushed them and stuck her to the side for 40 minutes without checking on her and then her toes needed redone. Will not come here again not worth the wait. Highly don't recommend coming here also the color section are very limited. I also had to ask for mine to be reshaped multiple times because they were uneven

This was one of the worst salon experiences ever. I am in a lot of pain from my acrylic nail application from about three days ago. As seen in my photos, my nail bed/ cuticles are DESTROYED. she cut them & they were bleeding during the appointment and now as i travel, they're only getting worse and in pain. I am extremely upset.

I came in on a total whim, and I'm so glad I did! I got the prettiest gel French manicure from Tina, and she was so kind. I was greeted by her as soon as I walked in, and only waited maybe 10 minutes. She paid such close attention to detail, and even started over on a nail that had a small hair on it from her brush. I've had this happen with other salons and the just pull the hair away, leaving an indent in the polish. I know that's totally minor, but it went along way with me. I though about bypassing the manicure part, but I'm happy I let her do it. My cuticles look healthy, my nails are EVEN, smooth and beautiful. Good job Tina! I've got your card and number...you've gained another client!

These nails keep falling off. I have mixed feelings about this salon. However my most recent experience there has been bad. I dropped 200.00 dollars on a full set of coffin nails with gel and two pedicures. The pedicures were good but I noticed two days of having my full set they started to change color (they were lilac color and turned grayish) and 3 of my nails have already fallen off so naturally I go back on that Monday to get them fixed and THEY CHARGED ME an EXTRA 10 DOLLARS FOR A MATTE TOP COAT which I paid so an hour later I'm returning home and my left pointer finger nail falls off and then two days later my pinky nail falls off again while I'm at work so yesterday I went in again and they made me wait forever so I just left and I asked why they were just falling off. AND THEIR EXCUSE IS THAT I HAVE SMALL NAIL BEDS & Refused to give me any sort of refund. I'm never going back
