Very disappointed in my free consult experience. I spent some time with Mr. Rodriguez who was kind and compassionate as he tried to access my CT images. Dr Rodriguez spent a decent amount of time with my husband, but only about 3 minutes with me! She glanced at the CT scan & pano I brought with me.
She told me it was a challenging case and recommended I go back to the doctor who had done my previous implants.
Even if Dr. Diana Rodriguez believed she did not have the skill set to help me, I believe I deserved a few minutes to discuss my concerns and some questions.
She came across as uncaring and abrupt. I did not see the doctor the 5 star reviews reflect.

Dear Angela,
I know we sent you a private message last year but I wanted to go ahead a post a public comment reiterating how deeply sorry we are for your experience. We take our patients' opinions very seriously and always take a hard look at how we can improve and makeup for our shortfalls.
We want you to know that we revamped our process for verifying a patient's insurance coverage. Our goal is always to do the verification within 1 business day of receiving the insurance information for future appointments and same-day if the patient gives us the information at the appointment.

I was shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed by the administrative staff.
I can only say that I called for an appointment on Thursday July 7 and gave all my insurance information. I asked the office assistant if Dr. Rodriguez takes my insurance and the answer was "yes".
My appointment was scheduled for July 15 @2pm. I received a called exactly on July 15 @ 11am saying that Dr. Rodriguez couldn't see me because she doesn't take my insurance.
What???? You waited 3 hours before my appointment time to notify this? You couldn't tell me this before? You had a whole week to tell me this.
I think this is not professional, I think this is extremely rude and it shows no respect for people/patients. Time is valuable for everybody. I could have gotten another dentist during all this time. I REALLY FEEL DISRESPECTED.
I would recommend whoever makes an appointment with Dr. Rodriguez make sure she really takes your insurance.
Ask them over and over again. Even if they say "yes" call and ask a few more times to make sure they don't do to you the same thing they did to me.

She explained each procedure, was sensitive to my needs, listened, and helped me through. I highly recommended her to any and all patients! I actually look forward to going to my next visit in a few weeks.

Words cannot express how exceptional Dr. Rodriguez is!! it was great service since I walked through those doors and I will be definitely be coming back for more work by her. Dr. Rodriguez knows what she is doing she is very attentive and very informative. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. If you come here you will not regret it. The office is easy to get to, bright, very clean, all staff is very friendly especially the one who sits at the front desk. Dr. Rodriguez deserves 10 Stars.

Doctor Rodriguez took me in as a walk in and was very patient and knowledgeable of my problem. She was the best dentist I've been too. She explained everything the options and made sure I was ok.

Dr Rodriguez is awesome. She listens and takes her time explaining different options. Most importantly is her giving options and going over pros and cons with you. Awesome place! You won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend them.

I went in for a consultation and she explained everything to me. I felt comfortable to go with her, I am extremely happy with her work. I like her mannerism. The office is nice, clean and the staff is professional. I would recommend her.
