Appalling customer service recently - won't go back. Dropped my truck off to get some work done while I was on holidays. Tried several times to contact them regarding a quote and timeline for work. No reply to my voicemail. After 6 days of trying to get in touch with them, their phone line was disconnected. Called the managers personal cell # 3x with no reply. Finally got a call back on day 9 of my time away to say it would be done the next day. Went to pick it up and discovered the work was not done and got an "oh, didn't someone call you?". Was fed up but before i left i found a dog leash and dog hair in my truck so someone was clearly using it to drive their dog around while I was away. Unbelievable.

Do yourself a favor and try somewhere else first. Friendly enough guys, but impossible to communicate with. Will hardly answer the phone or respond to voicemail (if the voicemail box is not full already). If you entrust your vehicle with them, you would like to be updated on the progress, but no such service here. In all fairness; they did fix one problem, but never followed up when more problems were found. Took our business to Banff Service (practically next door) and very happy we did.
