Eagle Springs Carpet Cleaning

I called Gord at Eagle Springs to come and work on my carpet which is very difficult to clean.  I wanted a company that used top-notch products, but they have to be safe for my dog and eco-friendly.  It looks amazing!  He did a super thorough job cleaning it, and the service and price were excellent for this work!

I spoke with Gord, the owner, about having a simple 10x12 square carpet cleaned for my apartment. He wasn't great with communication but I understand people are busy. I also got the vibe he didn't really want to take the job. 3 minutes before the appointment he called to say that he already had to drive back to Squamish to fix something and that he wanted to switch to tomorrow. I asked him why he's calling right when he was supposed to show up rather than earlier? He then quickly replied with, "find someone else then" and hung up. He was looking for an excuse to bail rather than straight up say that he didn't want to do the job.

I obviously can't comment on the quality of carpet cleaning but I can comment on what I perceive to be someone who will waste your time if doesn't feel like a small job is worth his.

I suggest a hard pass on Eagle Springs and find someone else.
