I was hesitant to hire someone to mount our TV, thinking we could do this ourselves and save the money. That said, I 100000% would hire them again (especially our technician, Brian!) to do this if we mount another tv. We moved into a home with a real stacked stone two story fireplace and wanted the 65" tv mounted perfectly in the middle above the mantle, not on the mantle.
Brian did this in an hour all on his own and even cleaned up the area to better condition than it was in before. For anyone needing a TV of any size mounted on any surface I would recommend this company and the technician we used. They showed us on time, have us appropriate notice, did the job as mentioned, and completed it in what would've taken me days. CUSTOMERS BEWARE: I had scheduled my tv mounting service for today 6/5/22 between 10a-12p. I had received confirmation via text and email that a tech, Adam, was designated to my request. On the day of, I had waited for the tech during the designated time frame. It was getting pretty close to 12p so I reached out with zero response and left a message. I had tried calling multiple times, still no response. At 11:55a I received a text stating that my order was cancelled. Not only was this interaction HIGHLY unprofessional, their website also lists that they have a last minute cancellation fee for customers. Hm, maybe I should have one for them due to their last minute cancellation and waste of my time and money. I responded to the text indicating that I would be leaving a "one star" review. Suddenly Adam starts to respond with a bunch of excuses as to why they didn't show up. Funny that if they had my contact they didn't reach out sooner if there were any complications or tentative issues. Nothing in the communications sent to me specified that there was any further confirmation required. The only communication I received had confirmed my appointment and the time. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here. Use a different company.

Horrible customer service. Was told it would be my responsibility to unpack my 75 inch tv by my self. And then would be required to help the installer lift the tv into place....??????? What am I paying Eagle tv for if this is what they are requiring? Disabled person in a wheel chair and I was then sent laughing emoji's via Facebook messenger. Then lied to and told "that's a automated response" 1000% unprofessional company. Used my social media marketing skills and found out they are paying for positive Google reviews.

We just moved in and instead of use a big box store to come out and hang tv's for us we used Eagle TV mounting. They were amazing! Cannot thank them enough Travis was our installer and he came in and I explained what we needed and it was knocked out efficiently as it could be. Above and beyond what I wanted!

Terrible service - completely confused sales rep who mis-scheduled my appointment after an email confirmation the day prior that confirmed the correct time. Very poor communication - called me an hour before scheduled service to schedule for the next day. Would never recommend this company.

I'm completely frustrated with the both service and experience. I'll start by mentioning that the reason I decided to use a professional TV mounting company was because I moved into a new home and wanted the job done properly. Unfortunately, the end product was much less that satisfying. The tech mentioned that the holes hiding the cables behind the wall could only go down a few inches from the TV bottom which to me defeated the purpose of hiding the cables. A week later, after settling i looked at the wall and realized that the cables could have gone lower and took it up to myself to fix it. Not only I was right but also ended up paying for something someone moderately handy could have done. Not to mention that when I reach out by both email and phone the tech promised to get back to me to come out and have it fix but after many follow up calls and emails never hear back from him. Draw your own conclusions.
