by far the best dental center i have been to in 63 years. highly recommended .dr john and his teams professionalism and friendliness are the greatest.

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I've been going with them for a complicated process and then for keeping up and cleaning. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn't be happier with the results. The dentist was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity.

I've been going to Eastland dental for years. It is ran by the best dentist in Michigan (probably the country) Dr. John. This man cares about patients and takes their comfort and consideration in mind at every level.
Example. I've had 6 root canals and 2 teeth pulled at Eastland Dental center . EVERY single time this man goes above and beyond before he touches my mouth making sure I'm pain free.
Also, some dentist can not be reached after hours (when you are in pain). Dr.John always gets back with you with in 15 minutes of you calling the emergency number
Lastly, I just want to commend Eastland Dental center for the professional and complete services they provide . Their patient care is top notch and their knowledge and expertise goes unmatched in this area. Many people look down on dentist clinics inside of Malls. This one is the EXCEPTION! I have the best dental insurance money can buy and I choose Eastland Dental center for all of my dental and cleaning needs . And no I am not a paid commercial nor do i work there . Just a happy satisfied patient who knows how to put the word out when I find a good doctor and clinic for my dental needs .

This is a wonderful dental office, I have been a patient for years. I am happy with all my dental work.

The receptionist Dee is the most unprofessional and incompetent employee she answers the phone eating and coughing in you ear while in the office she is eating never asks your name but can tell you what you need to do how do you know if you don't ask a name!

In addition to this, this clueless hood rat also turned away my daughter who has Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance because she claimed they could not verify the insurance on Saturday 12/1/12 (news flash bit$h I worked for BCBSM for years and you can in FACT verify the insurance on the weekend!) . So if you have dental emergency don't expect help at Eastland Dental if Dee is sitting and wating at the front desk!

As a result my daughter had to be rushed to Sears Dental at Macomb Mall the following Monday then referred to a pediatric oral surgeon to have two teeth removed however if she would have been seen and given an antibiotic on Saturday this could have been avoided! When I called an questioned why my daughter had been refused service she tried to place blame on my husband when I asked why couldn't he pay Dee's response he didn't ask ...

Wow I wonder if Dr. J knows that Dee is turning away patients because they didnt ask it's your job to give patients options! I did report the incident to the manager that claimed it would be taken care of but almost a year later Dee is still sitting at the front desk being clueless and incompetent oh yea Dee not everyone has Medicaid insurance so the next time before assuming I'm on welfare maybe you should ask what type of insurance I have first before asking for my Medicaid card then you will learn that I in fact own a business my husband works and we have Blue Cross and Delta Preferred Dental both which have cash copayment now for a family of 4 that would add to almost $500 cash in the register that your dumb ass let walk out the door Dee!

Eastland Dental Center is a very good place to get any dental work done the office staff is very friendly, and Dr.John is excellent with all his patients he explains everything so you can understand fully what needs to be done. I would recommend this Dental office to anyone looking for a friendly and professional environment to bring your family to.
