EBM Property Maintenance

Elmar and his team were great to work with. I contacted them on Wednesday, had a site visit on Thursday, received a quote on Friday, and the work was done by 5 pm on Saturday. Everyone involved was friendly, thorough, and hard-working. They did a complete major manicure and landscape cleanup. Things were so far behind, and they caught them up with a hard day's work by three people, who really put in a tremendous amount of labor all day long. I am sure we will use them again and again.

We called EBM to have a stump grinded, they arrived an hour after we spoke on a Saturday afternoon. He gave us a fair quote and an appointment for Monday morning. They showed up as scheduled and were done promptly. I am very happy with their service and would definitely call them again.

I contacted EBM and spoke to Elmar who set up a visit for a quote to remove some large trees that were over my roof and on my fence. Overall price quoted was very good and his team took down the trees very quickly and efficiently.
I highly recommend using them.

I reached out to this business awhile back, over a month now to get monthly landscaping service set up via YELP and was told I'd get a call back. Never got that call back, I ended up calling them and meet up to get a quote and plan in place. They explained the services to me and I was fine with what was set up. I was told I'd get a call back to let me know the dates/days they will come by to service... as you can guess I'm still waiting on that call and month has now passed.. I was happy to find a business on yelp and happy to see great reviews but it looks like they've gotten too busy to maintain good customer service.

Could not be happier with the service I received from Elmar and his team. Contacted him on a Saturday morning for an estimate to remove 2 Coconut Palm trees and all of my very overgrown Ficus covering my entire back and side yard. He was at my house 2 hours later, and was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided a fair estimate that day, and was at my house with his team a couple days later for a full day job. They did an absolutely terrific job and left no mess behind. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I hired EBM to remove an overgrown & sick black olive tree. The entire experience with this company was amazing. They were very responsive, informative & efficient. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend EBM for all your property maintenance needs!

A "Big Shout-out" to Elmer and crew at EBM Property maintenance. Do not let the name deter you. I live in Lauderdale Isles and have Huge Oak Trees in my front and back yard, as well as power lines and Tiki Hut. Elmar came to my house and assured me that his crew could handle extensive prunning without damage to the property. I was a little leary but chose him anyway. He showed up with a crew of six, 2 cutters and 4 helpers. They had both trees completed and yard clean in 1 day. I would recommend EBM property Maintenance to anyone needing their services.

This owner is so dishonest. I called 754-764-3018 and spoke with Elmar who told me to text him on the same number. Ladies and gentleman, pleases pay close attention to this exchange. At no point did the owner attempt to correct this situation. He only takes the time to deflect and try to make me look like I made some kind of mistake. The facts are there. Think carefully before doing business with someone like this.

Elmar and EBM nailed it! The yard was a jungle, and some trees were downright risky. They scoped it out, gave a price, and transformed the place. Now, it's not just safe but also a head-turner.
