My husband surprised me with a car service for our night out on the town for our 20th. We were picked up a little early and the car was very clean and was nice to ride in.

We were very happy with the driver and even though we ran into unexpected traffic, he knew the area very well and was able to get us to the restaurant right on time.

My family and I use ECS every time we go to the airport. They are always on time, professional and provide a clean and well kept vehicle. The rides are very comfortable and water is always provided. The drivers are helpful and friendly. I'll never uber to the airport again because of ECS. I highly recommend their services.

I have used the ECS limousine service several times, the latest being a night out on the town for me and my wife, for her birthday. We were picked up right on time (actually they were a little early) and the limousine was very clean and was nice to ride in.

We were very happy with the driver, he was able to get around the city well especially with all the traffic. He knew the area very well and was able to get us to the restaurant right on time.

I highly recommend Executive Car Service if you're in the Dallas area, I also understand that they're nationwide now, so I will definitely call them first next time I'm on business out of town.

Excellent alternative form of transportion over a shuttle or cab if you are in Dallas.

The driver was there to meet me in the baggage area with a nicely printed name card and the vehicle also had a placard with my Jane Doe. The black Lincoln Town car I rode solo in was very spacious, clean, and comfortable but I kept thinking about the gas being wasted and the added pollution as 160 attendees of the conference I attended all got the same VIP service.

So I was very happy I carpooled in the SUV with 4 other passengers on the return trip to the airport. Bag service and water or soda offered en route, not too shabby to feel like an exec for a sec.

Price wise, there is a base rate that they add charges to based on number of passengers and number of stops, it costed about 125 to take 5 passengers between Frisco and Dallas which isn't too bad compared to renting cars or taxis. Shuttles will always be your best budget bet, but if money is no object or it's not on your dime, Executive Car Service has nice vehicles with professional drivers

I recently took a trip to Mexico and needed transportation to and from my house so I didn't have to leave my car parked at the airport for over a week. I chose ECS because they had pretty good prices and I could easily set up a profile and make reservations online.

My first ride (from my house to the airport) was interesting. Our driver was on time, so that was a plus. I think the driver was attempting to fall asleep because he hit the rumble stripes on the freeway and the lane divider bumps a few too many times for my liking. My companion kept engaging our driver in conversation and the driving seemed to improve. We arrived at the airport in one piece and on time.

On the trip from the airport to my house, we opted for the courtesy greeting at baggage claim and that worked out perfectly! It was a very busy flight, and it was late at night, so having the driver meet us at baggage claim and grab our luggage for us was awesome. Honestly, I was so tired from our trip that I fell asleep on the ride home, but I remember pleasantly waking to, "Ma'am, we've arrived". :)

ECS is very comparable in price to getting a private SuperShuttle and cheaper than taking a cab in most areas, so if you don't like to share rides with other people (like me) I would highly recommend ECS!

0 STARS!!! The service here was APPALLINGLY horrific. We used this group to transport my sister's wedding party from the ceremony to the reception and TERRY was our driver. Where do I even begin. The ride started off poorly when Terry refused to get closer so my sister wouldn't have to walk as far in the pouring down rain. After 10 minutes of arguing with Terry, he finally pulled closer, audibly grumbling the entire time. Then I request to play music (after all, it is a party bus). He says he can turn the radio on. When I ask if there is anyway he can hook up my phone, Terry mumbled "I don't know, I just got the bus." Im sorry.... I thought you were supposed to train your drivers before you let them drive??? Once we get to the reception, he refuses to pull up the driveway and under the awning, because "The bus wont fit." Even though at leas 20 people were under the awning assuring him the bus would fit, he still refused. It's as if he enjoyed being difficult. Finally, I asked him if he wont pull under the awning will he at least pull up the driveway so my sister wont have to walk all the way up in her SILK WEDDING DRESS. His response? "No, I don't want to have to back out". THEN WHY ARE YOU DRIVING A FREAKING BUS. So sad that we had to deal with this on what was supposed to be the happiest day of my sister's life. When I called the next week to make a complaint, the woman I spoke with said that they talked to the driver and the driver told her he wouldn't pull up because the valet told him he couldn't??????? This never happened, as I was there the entire time and the valet was motioning for him to DRIVE UP THE DRIVEWAY! Not only are ECS Transportation Group's employees flat out rude and lazy, they're dishonest too!

The woman I spoke with, Eva, assured me that the owner would call me the next day, between 10-11. After waiting around without receiving any call, I decide to call again at 12. Apparently, Joanna, the owner, was still not in her office and I was sent to her voicemail. Have I heard anything back yet? Of course not! I shouldn't be surprised by this because of how horrific the service was, but seriously??

Do yourself a favor and find another place to get your transportation. Oh, and Terry??? Do us all a favor and get out of the service industry before you ruin someone else's big day.

Our company has been using Executive Car Service for almost 4 years now, and we've had great experience with them. They are on time, professional, reliable - they are one of the best to work with. They are price competitive, but know that you really get what you pay for.

At any moment there was a mistake, not often but nobody's perfect, ECS immediately corrected and ensured that it would not happen again. Even when we have last minute requests (which can happen often and even down to the hour) - they turn water into wine for us time and time again with no hesitation.
