Elements HVAC

This company was my fav. For several years they cleaned my furnace every year. I started with them when I had a coupon. Never seemed to matter to them that I was in Milwaukee. Made an appointment for 4:30 pm today. Knew I had to pay overtime as their last call is at 4:00pm. I was fine with it. Got a call at 3:50 at work. They are at my house. Where was I? I said my appt is at 4:30pm. Was told it couldn't be. They said they would wait for me. Got home, no one there. Find a message that they had an emergency call so they left (I WAS GOING TO PAY THE EMERGENCY RATE!). Then he says we should find someone else because we are too far away!
