Elevated Comfort

I will start off by saying we did not use there services at this time... however I really couldn't have better things to say about the service I received.

Our Furnace went out this winter and I shop around, a lot, too much... I got 7 quotes but if the "service" i received was to be Rated Josh and Elevated was number 1 by far.

Because of service time windows I had two HVAC vendors show up at the same time. Josh introduced himself then stated he would wait till the first vendor was done. He wasn't annoyed he was super kind and professional. Josh was a straight shooter, I was really really impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and honest opinion.

Now why didn't we use them? Well, we ended up going a bit of a different direction and built out our system in a way that another vendor was a better option this time. It was a much harder decision than one could imagine simply based on the amazing service we received from elevated!

Terrible customer service.

I called to talk with a technician about ideas for our new 4,000 square ft build and get an estimate on what it would cost for HVAC in our new build and the rep told me they can't give estimates until the walls are up. I told her that they can look at the plans and see the walls and the square footage and give an estimate based on the plans and she said well that's not how our company works... I wouldn't recommend for a new build.

Update: The owner commented below explaining that they don't do new construction which would've been a much better response then the others that I had received and I wouldn't have felt the need to leave this review... looks like they are great for service work from all of the other reviews.

Called them as a 'second opinion' after our 25 year old gas furnace died the day after Xmas. Walked us thru multiple choices, answered every question we had and made us feel so comfortable with the answers, we wound up using them instead!

Installed a York Champion Heat pump, hauled away the old thing. Was a 2 day install and could not have been happier with our techs, Jose & Daniel. Left the house & yard clean, worked with us to fix a crossed wire and hooked up our thermostat of choice.

Have a few other upgrades we'll be looking to do over the next couple of years and we will be using Elevated again. Thanks, guys!

Very professional start to finish.
Replaced twenty year old AC/heating (heat pump) and tankless water heater for small house.
Prompt, courteous, professional, detailed. Everyone was great.
Completed on time and cleaned up thoroughly.
Fair pricing.
Will rely on them in the future.

These guys are great. 5 stars installing two heat pumps to replace our old gas furnaces and air conditioner. Shout out to Josh Wolst, Steve Herrick, Jorge Martinez, Victor Ambriz, and especially Jose Martinez for finishing it all up. There was a little hiccup with our hot tub breaker, but I'm not sure that was their fault. They helped get it resolved anyway. Very happy so far with the heat pumps and now that we have solar our electricity and gas bill will be a lot lower. Only improvement I'd suggest is letting us know the status when they leave for the day, and checking with me for scheduling each day for the next day.

We had an exceptional experience with Elevated Comfort from start to finish. Josh Wolst gave us our initial estimate, Jose Martinez did our pre-installation inspection, Jorge Martinez the installation (apologies forgetting Jorge's associate) and Steve Herrick took care of a few final touches. Everyone was punctual, thorough, worked efficiently and did a great job explaining and answering questions. We had different estimates beforehand and made the right choice. Very happy with their Mitsubishi product and efficiency in which they were able to get the job done with overall great service!

This is just and additional review for Daniel C. the technician from Elevated Comfort who came out to do routine service for our new tankless water heater (installed by Elevated Comfort). He went above and beyond to help us with some issues we were having with hot water in one of our bathrooms, was able to diagnose the problem, and come back pretty quickly to fix it. We really appreciated his thoroughness and his interaction with us (he was very clear about everything that he needed to do, and explained everything in detail before doing it). All in all we are so happy to be customers of this company because they do excellent work and their employees are awesome!

Daniel showed up and diagnosed the issues in a timely manner and was able to provide different recommendations . He was very friendly and even taught me a few things. He was very professional and respectful. I hope to have him back again soon

Scott & JP did a great job of efficiently diagnosing what was wrong with our A/C system, explain options, and leaving our home icy cold. Super professiona. nice and personable as well :)

Great service and price. Knowledgeable and nice disposition. Highly recommended. Will definitely use them on the future
