After a thorough hunt for a mortgage consultant, we chose Elias for our refinance. We called on a Saturday and he pleasantly fielded our questions and the ball started rolling.

His veteran status allows him to be even more prepared to assist other veterans through a mortgage process. To top it off, he is a finance guru backed be his Masters degree in Financial Analysis.

I was super impressed by his use of technology. After our initial phone call that Saturday afternoon, he crafted a presentation along with a personalized video of himself explaining our various refinance options. We received this at about 10 PM on that same Saturday! Throughout the process, he was always reachable via phone/text, anytime of the day/night. He is honest & trustworthy, and he even took the time to field other financial rated questions that were unrelated to our refinance with him. He was never in a hurry to get off the phone during our numerous questions thrown at him either.

In the end, we are so glad we found Elias and had the best refinance experience!

Elias did his homework upfront and qualified me with all my quirks, for multiple loan options! He ran the numbers for multiple loans, provided guidance and let me make the final decision on what I was most comfortable with.

3. Elias always responded to text, emails and phone calls in a timely manner:
To me, real estate is incredibly stressful. I do not need to feel like my lender is lagging in basic business skills. Elias made sure that he corresponded frequently and provided updates even when there was not much news to share.
