Kathy V.San Francisco, CA01Oct 14, 2020First to ReviewHorrible experience, very poor service. Was on hold while driving to facility for five minutes in Q1. Still on hold as I walked in the door. Three people sitting at front desk doing nothing, clinic completely empty. But no one would answer the phone. Urgent care sent me there to get a COVID-19 test. They would not provide the test because I had not been exposed more than 7 to 10 days ago. My partner had just tested positive. They did not seem to want to do anything even though it was my option. Went to UC health and got the test the same day. Horrible clinic would never recommend it. Terrible staff.
