Environmental Designers Irrigation

Long story short. Needed a new sprinkler system. Got a bunch of quotes, these guys came in 4k above everyone else. Still the owner assured me that this is a professional large company. Gave me a pitch on how his guys are all professionals with a 401k and a pension. Believing this bs and wanting the job done cleanly and quickly i hired them. The guys that showed up were anything but "professionals". Completely destroyed the grading (and grass)in my back yard with some high spot areas with a least 6 inch deviation. Best part was that we just installed new retaining walls and beds with front stairs. The bluestone was completely covered and stained with dirt. The managed to dig up majority of the retaining wall gravel and sections of irrigation pipe and just covered it with a clump of dead grass, covered my whole white Hardy siding with mud. Electrical connections were not closed with a whole a 1 inch hold drilled in to my garage. Left garbage all round the property, as they were cutting tubing they just drop it on the floor and keep going, i am still picking up tubing screws and empty water bottles they left behind. Moral of the story the owner is great salesman, that is all. What sux is i was going to give the job to a veteran owned business before these guys showed up. After all of this, had to spend around 350 in top soil just to cover up the holes these "professionals" left.

If I could give these guys six stars I would. That's how much I appreciate them. As a new owner of my home I've had to reach out to many contractors. Many don't even give the courtesy of a response, and some who do are a hot mess. These guys provided a clear estimate within days of the first phone call. Julie in the front office was super efficient and responsive. She was patient when I needed to have inside and outside work done on the same day due to my reactive rescue dog and a schedule which only has me in the house part of the week. She worked with me to get it scheduled and wow! The crew showed up on time and in full force. Joe and Mike were friendly, professional, and explained everything perfectly. Thanks Mike for the tour and app tutorial. I would use them again and I highly recommend them for ANY sprinkler job. True professionals!!

Very poor customer service. Extremely unprofessional when it comes to resolving issues. I definitely not recommend this business. Writing this review after using many years of environmental designers irrigation services. !
