I honestly had a great experience here, I was told by a friend a long time ago to check them out, just never really had a lot of time until recently. I go to the Dealership to get my oil changes only, recently when the dealership did my oil change, I let them know my taillight is malfunctioning, I asked them if it was only the bulb, when they came back to me they said they needed to replace the whole taillight for almost $500! That was insane I trusted my gut and went to Eurobahn, I asked them if they could check it out while they were doing the alignment for my car, all it needed was the bulb being replaced, the light is gone. I told my advisor Felix I want everything up front no bs, if it needed to be done I would've done it, but Felix literally saved me hundreds of dollars to not fall for that. From now on I'm getting my services done here. Dealerships are ripping people off. I had a great experience here everyone is kind.

I recently have been having some issues with my BMW X1 and wanted somewhere to take it other than the dealership. My boyfriend has gotten his vehicle serviced here so I decided to give it a try. I set up an appointment to diagnose my problems and for a cost estimate (this was $160). I used the drop box to drop my car off the night before and that went smoothly. The next day I got a text with a notification of what the diagnosis was and cost. As I had suspected it was my wastegate valve, so to replace that it was about $700. I felt that was a pretty fair cost and decide to get it fixed there. They had an option online where you can approve the services so I did but I also received a call from the mechanic to confirm and go over the costs. I never received a call when my car was ready so I had to call a couple times to check in about it. It's been a little bit now since I picked my car up and so far it had been driving smoothly with no issues. I'd recommend coming here if you also drive a BMW and don't want to deal with the dealership!

I took my car there and they kept the car for a month and did nothing I ended up paying for a diagnostic test but no work was done not even an answer on what was going on with it totally disappointment I wish I could leave no star

Brought my 2005 X5 here for service after hearing good things and getting a $2500 estimate to fix the radiator and some other part in the truck from the BMW dealer. Ray was very helpful and set up an appointment for me. Got a diagnosis same day and was less than half the price of the dealer. Fixed it for $1000 and it's 10 months later and still no issues.

My daughter needed a car and came here and purchased a beautiful Audi that she loves. Same price as a Nissan I was looking at but a much nicer car for her. Seems to be a straightforward dealership , not your shady type that your used to.

They were pleasant enough and have a nice facility. I brought my car in for an unusual problem - a tar-like material was spotting the paint. They had no idea of what it was. Instead of referring me to someone more knowledge they told me they would work on it for a minimum of 40 hours at $43/hour but wouldn't guarantee their work of how much time they'ed take. I bought this car new 3 months previously. When I questioned their plan, they lost interest and walked off. I was disappointed

Brought in my 328i coupe . Was told I needed a new fuel pump $1500 , agreed and after the job was completed they mentioned that the fuel filter was imbedded into the fuel tank and that was the root cause. Repair would cost additional $2500 or they could take it off our hands and give us $2000. After tentatively agreed they mentioned that they would then subtract half the $1500 for the service they completed.
Thanks Eurobahn for the nice salt rubbing into the wound. All trust lost by now . Id rather pay someone double then deal with cheat . Paid the measly $1500. 00 paid for towing to get my car to someone else I can trust.

Great service, very reasonable pricing. I have been taking my Q5 to them now, and they are very honest about what is really needed vs what can wait.. I appreciate that very much . The quality of their work is great , no issues at all. Highly recommended if you have a premium German car but dont want to pay through your nose at a dealer.

Eurobahn has been great keeping our Mini maintained and repaired. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone there knows what they are talking about and explains things in easy to understand language.

It's hard to find a honest place, It took me a while to find this place, but it's a hidden gem, now this the only place I will get my BMW and VW serviced at. Thank you Eurobahn.
