Executive Nails & Spa Copperfield

I'm not a huge beauty service business goer, maybe once every year or even less.

That being said, I am very picky with sanitary procedures as I've known a couple people working in the beauty industry and have heard the horror stories.

I am pleased to report that they do use disposable liners for the pedicure tub. They open their sanitized implements in front of you. Jenny did my manicure and pedicure, she wore gloves the entire time and was very nice. Thy worked on my child and was very sweet.

The spa is very clean, and they offer many services it is truly a one stop place, they do nails, hair, skin, massage.

When I checked in on Yelp I received 10% off as a new customer on a mani or pedi which they honored and gave me a complimentary lotion. Very sweet.

Racist and unprofessional establishment. DO NOT GO HERE. They are disrespectful and rude to customers and will stop doing your nails whenever they feel like it with no explanation. They will also call the cops on you if they don't like the color of your skin. I have never seen such vile and foul behavior from a person before. I cannot believe this salon is even still in business. AVOID this place like a plague, you will get horrible treatment, service and ugly nails. Pray for the people that work here so they can have less hate in their hearts.

Horrible service. Super overpriced for a simple design. And very rude personnel. Seriously this place needs to be shut down completely. A place with such bad costumer service practices should not be operating.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE rude service. I live in California, was visiting my son in New Caney. Needed a repair and was told how bad my nails were (I've gone to the same salon for 6 years and LOVE them!). They were sooo sooo rude to me (Caucasian/Japanese) AND an afro-American woman also.

Nail artist walked out partway through the appt like a child throwing a tantrum. Left nails half finished. Would never get my nails done again by such unprofessional racists

This is strictly for the esthitician services - there is a fabulous esthitician at this location, Ms. Trish!

She is 5+ stars!

I have been seeing her once a month faithfully for the past 5+ years now and I wish I'd known her much sooner! She is a lady who loves her craft and it shows! She is very attentive to your skin concerns, she provides post skin care suggestions & its wonderful to trust your skin to someone that has a genuine concern for their client and their skin.

I've had many facials over the years and I would always vote for Trish hands down!

I do hope one day they would expand to the Cypress area but for now I'll continue to travel a bit for my monthly visits.

This place is awesome!! Today was my second time coming back because the first time was so good it convinced me to switch nail salons the place is super beautifully decorated and has a luxurious feel and super welcoming vibe. They have a point system as well as a nice check in area that explains all the services they provide. I was able to get a full set and they did exactly what I asked for. They provide you with drinks and lots of spa treatment I truly felt relaxed while I was getting my nails done. The pricing was very affordable I was surprised usually I pay way more for services that don't provide as much as executive nails does so I really recommend this place because they also have really nice staff and offer lots of other services besides nails .

John the OG is hands down the best one there!!!! Get in with him if you can !! He will NOT disappoint!! He's fast and extremely nice and funny!!! My nails always look great !!! 10/10!!!!!

On my first visit to the salon for a gel mani and pedi, Nina handled my gel manicure, and it turned out to be a pretty frustrating experience. She seemed rushed, not taking the time needed, and it wasn't enjoyable at all. Within two days, five of my gel nails chipped, and I sensed Nina's frustration, which unfortunately translated into a not-so-great outcome.

To add to the hassle, as I was leaving, I noticed she forgot to apply the top coat on one of my nails. I went back after getting my nails fixed just two minutes prior. Nina saw me and said "hey what is wrong now?" in a super rude tone. The rudeness I encountered during this return visit was disheartening. After just two days, one of my nails chipped AGAIN, and the overall dissatisfaction made me question whether I even wanted to go back. Spending a significant amount for a gel manicure that didn't last a week was disappointing. Especially since this was supposed to be a treat for myself.

Despite my reservations, I returned and requested someone else to fix my nail. In conclusion, this experience was far from ideal, involving multiple visits in a short span, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to others based on my frustrating encounters.

This place is so great and relaxing. Friendly and accommodating staff. Linda is so thorough and careful with her pedicure service, I truly appreciate the care and attention she gives to my appointment. Will definitely keep coming back
