Loved my services from Bell and Leslie! I received above expectations and loved the extra time and care put into every nail. Also I love Bell's personality and honesty! My nails look like a work of art every time!

I've been getting my nails done since I was a kid. A couple of weeks ago I went to get fills. I didn't think there were any issues until a few days later I noticed a few of my nails seemed to have what looked like a dark spot underneath. So I took off my nails and I see this green whatever it is. I'm disgusted. And I had no lifting or anything that could've gotten under them.

What to expect: rushed services, being overcharged for what should be included in an already pricey service, rudeness if you speak up about a preference, may or may not be asked if you want a drink, an intense stare from the cashier on how much you're tipping.

What not to expect: walking out happy/satisfied.

The nails never lasts anymore! Mine last three days . Barely, with every shellac service and above all , there should be a massage included with that. The rushing is not okay, they just want your money and then for you to leave.

I initially liked them when they first opened but it became annoying when I would have to return in the same week. They rush to complete your service and that is open for a disaster.

Go somewhere else. made a reservation for three pedicures, they all started at different times, so that was annoying. My service was rushed. I didn't even get my feet exfoliated with the "cheese grater" and my "10 minute massage" started WHILE towels and paraffin wax was on my legs...then the massage was Tammy slapping my legs for 5 minutes. So annoying I spent so much money for a below average pedicure. Will never come here again.

This place is amazing! I'm so super sad I don't live here . They have zero good nail salons in San Diego.

The workers were super nice and talkative. They made sure to give good service and actually gave us what we w paid for. The strawberry margarita was amazing.

The place is super clean, cute, and relaxing. If you ever visit Texas or just live in Texas, I highly suggest this place!

I've been a regular customer since Executive has opened and I'm really sad because usually, I really do enjoy this salon! As of recently though, it seems that they are more focused on the quantity of customers seen rather than the quality of the product.

I've been stabbed, cut, and burned the past 3 visits. I book 2 separate appointments, back-to-back, to cover 2 full hours each time I visit. My last 3 visits the technicians have rushed through my appointments just to get to the next client, so I've been left with crooked, thick, unflattering nails on top of bloodied cuticles and paying almost $200 for the services. This time they were filed down so short, they were actually filing my skin instead of my nail.

I understand these things sporadically come with the territory, which is why I went back twice more after the first accident; however, I'm incredibly disappointed with the consistency in which these things have happened, as well as the lack of attention towards detail. Unfortunately I don't think I will be back again

Love getting my lashes done here by Lina! They last long and look great every time! The customer service is also great and they are very attentive

The lady was litreally so rude after I said I juss wanted my toes painted and not a pedicure and the lady named Cindy walked away twice and was being rude amongs her coworkers all bc I said I didn't want a pedicure definitely just gonna stick with my original nail place I go to instead of trying something new
