Executive Nails & Spa

Came in early Friday afternoon and was promptly seated after selecting my color. My nail tech was very gentle and took his time. Although, my nail tech was gentle and took his time the application around my cuticle is not the cleanest. I still see topcoat on my cuticle and skin. My hair sometimes get caught around the excess top coat around the cuticle area.

Parking may be confusing if you do not know the area well. All the parking lots around town center is free and there is a garage right behind the nail salon.

My sister and I booked a mani & pedi during their opening promo in May. It was just in time for a little pampering for mothers day. It was easy to book a service online and we arrived promptly on a Friday afternoon.

If you're unfamiliar to the area, the salon is located in the Sugar Land Town Center. It's between State Fare and Japaneiros. There is garage parking and street parking. Just note, the center can get busy in the evening so arrive early to locate parking.

When we arrived, it wasn't busy at all. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were assigned technicians for each service. We browsed their colors and various nail services. My sister went with shellac on both mani & pedi. I went with traditional nail polish on my mani and shellac on my pedi.

We were seated next together and offered drinks of our choosing from their menu. I went with a soda and my sister for one of their lychee cocktails. For her, the cocktail got her buzzed that I had to drive home. LOL.

Our nail techs were very nice and did a great job. They would ask if we liked the color, if the shape of nail was of to our liking, and if we wanted another coat. What I truly appreciated was they were NOT PUSHY at all. I had stopped going to getting my nails done due to the constant push to up-sale in services at other SL nail salons. I am very simple and don't want all the extra pampering or gel/acrylics etc [just my preference]. The nail techs here listened to what I liked, gave suggestions and once I made my decision, they didn't push the matter. We also have young kids of our own so we are always a rush to get back to them. So I do select services that don't take a long time. Again, just my preference and I appreciate their respect of my decision.

1 star knock off because I was cut a few times on my pedi that I did bleed. Probably my fault since I did let me cuticles over grow but I got 3 cuts. Kind of got swollen & irritated after but after putting some neosporin on my toes, all was well.

Overall experience was great and we would return as our schedule permits. My shellac pedi is still going strong after 1.5months . No chips. My mani lasted a good 4 weeks, which was normal polish.

After coming on Sunday to get my nails done with my sister, we were rushed to pick a color and the ladies doing our nails were absolutely so rude and spoke to each other - clearly about us in another language. 4 days later, 3 of my sisters nails fell off and the rest were so loose. She went back to get them fixed and got a pedicure (not expecting the pedicure to be free obviously) and she was charged full price for them to fix her nails and only given 15% off of the nails, even though the receipt and paper at the front say they have a 7 day guarantee!! He argued with my sister and told her "it's the best he can do" (he, being the manager of the salon, the same one who apologized profusely on Sunday for our bad experience). I wouldn't want anyone to come here and be scammed the way my sister was. Never ever coming again!!!!!

I've come here twice, each time has been fantastic. Free drinks during mani/pedi. My nails have lasted and looked fantastic every time. Christine did my nails this last time and I love them! Brian did my pedi and he was great, more gentle than most techs but still fantastic. They were so nice and patient with my 4 yr old. My MIL gets her nails done in cali by the same people for the last 20 years and she was impressed with the work she got done here. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed my experience here. Drink from the bar was perfect. Pedicure was relaxing. I will return when in the area.

New salon chair w comfort! There's a private area in the back for group events! Remember your favorite tech for future request if you don't want to wait. I am very sensitive & do not like the filing. Ask Ruby, the manager, for recommendations of tech. Best request ever.

Great job by Anna and Christine for shellac French mani/pedi. I had trouble finding a new nail place. I am so glad I found this place.

Came here for a full set, left with Horrible nail job and the Boss did nothing about it, left several messages and was ignored.

Saw a promotion for their soft opening on Facebook and decided to make this our first stop of our spa day.
They have a wide variety of complementary beverages and a cute bar/waiting area.
It is very clean and nice decorated. Plenty of tables and spa chairs.
They have been open for a week and are still very short staffed. We had a short wait which was expected.
I got the volcanic pedicure and my bf and his daughter got the hot stone.
No issues with my pedicure. My treatments came in individually wrapped packages so that was nice but not sure if it's worth the price tag. But I did notice the inconsistencies in the treatments my bf and daughter received.
I questioned a couple things that was skipped and the techs corrected it so make sure you know what your package entails!
My only real complaint about the whole experience was that a party of two that came after us both had techs while we were still waiting for our last tech. Maybe I'm just sensitive today but I did not appreciate the response and reactions from the receptionist and other techs around us when I pointed out we've been waiting longer and seated first. It's whatever at this point.
I may come back and try again but honestly there is nothing that really stands out except the discount for their soft opening.

Been to this place every 2 weeks for few months and result this damage to nails. And deny is their products problem
