Express Kitchen & Bath

I used this company and Ismael was my salesperson.
I had a positive experience from start to finish with my kitchen and countertops....measuring, ordering, installation, countertop templating, and finally installation of the countertop. They price matched my quotes from other kitchen cabinets company. I would use them again and as a matter of fact, I am.

I am not one to write a review- but I find reading them helpful so I choose to do so myself.

I just would like to share my experience to prevent anyone reading this from going through the nightmare I have gone through!

After my kitchen was designed, I was told that it was not able to be signed off on until someone came out to measure. Totally understandable! They sent someone unannounced with out even making arrangements.

My next issue was after I paid a 75% deposit I received a email that the crown molding would be in at a later date. I then received another email that another part was out of stock but if I wanted to pay more to upgrade I could do that, so I did. Then I received yet ANOTHER email now that two of my corner base cabinets would be in a month later.

Once I finally received my order- the color is correct, but they were NOT even the cabinets that I ordered!!! If you are looking for professionalism and not a headache- shop elsewhere!!

WORST so called busniess i have encountered.
We put down a $3,000 deposit waited 3 months for cabinets. We have emailed multiple times, called, and went in person. They do not answer emails or call back.
1 day before supposed delivery they say it's an extra $1,500 for installation.

We asked to just deliver the cabinets and the manager Ismail said the cabinets are not even ready.

If they would have initially explained cabinets were not even ready, rather than lying and saying cabinets were ready for delivery, we would have understood. But their non-reponse to emails and calls and lying have cause us to write this poor review.
They are extremely unprofessional and we would like to warn against patronizing this business

Do not shop here!!! We ordered cabinets and countertop for our new kitchen and everything came damaged. Then, trying to get replacement for the damaged parts was unbelievably the worst. Our kitchen was delayed by 4 months. Dealing with one of their workers named Ishmail, he blamed us for the damages. We went somewhere else to finish the kitchen that were way better than this place. STAY AWAY!!!!

Came highly recommended. Had a good experience until realizing that items were missing from the delivery; wrong tile measurements were taken; and some things were not included because, despite the verbal agreement, they were not explicitly specified on the invoice. The store agreed to provide some items after a lot of aggravation and negative interactions. The construction project is being delayed, as additional supplies have to be ordered. Archie and Ismael blamed me for all this, told me that I was taking advantage of them, and tried to deny what was promised. In sum, they misrepresented reality. I will not recommend this business to anyone. Very nasty people and lots of gaslighting. The tile was wrongly measured by about 60%. That will have to be purchased. The cost is high. Had I known about the cost ahead of time, I would have picked a different kitchen design. In terms of the small items, it's embarrassing to witness the pettiness and the length they are willing to travel to humiliate the customer and create hostility. I feel very uncomfortable at this point and wish not to deal with this store any longer. However, because extra materials have to be ordered, further interaction is needed. They ruined my entire day by their nastiness and hostility. I will not have a kitchen for much longer than anticipated. If only I could turn back the clock, I would have never set foot in that store.

My boyfriend and I have been renovating our home and we were told to come check this place out. They have a really great selection of countertops, tiles and kitchen cabinets. The amount of tiles they had to choose from was superior compared to the other places we have visited along with better prices. We are almost done with our renovation and everything looks just as great as I hoped it would be! This place was extremely knowledgeable with what they have to offer and gave great advice both style and financial wise. They were also very reliable with calling your phone; making and keeping appointments for deliveries. Overall, we were both very please with our experience working with this place and are very happy/grateful that we found it.

After 40years the 2nd floor is getting a little BOTOX, we are remodeling our kitchen and I've decided to take you guys along this wonderful experience!

4 quotes later, countless hours and months of research, we chose a Kitchen vendor; Express Kitchen.

When I first walked through the door, the first salesman kind of got a whiff that I wasn't going to be an easy sel and he passed me alongl. Fortunate enough for me, I was directed towards a true gem named Kadir! Kadir was soft spoken, patient, understanding and not easily bothered. After surviving me for 4hours and another 2 with Nestor, beating the competition by a long shark and with no sweat I knew I was on to something good.

Current status -
I ordered my Kitchen cabinets, countertops, handles, sink, flooring for an UNBELIEVABLE DEAL! Kadir managed to make his way to my home twice in one week working with my contractor to ensure specs are accurate. His professionalism, patience, attention to detail is second to none. All questions were answered and so far I'm really excited and have no complaints...

I'm so EXCITED to have chosen Express Kitchen and can't wait to share my photos with you guys!

This business deserves 0 star. Had bought my kitchen cabinets and countertop on this store by recommendation of my contractor even though I went to other stores ( Home Depot and Lowe's)their estimates were lower than Express kitchen . Ismael seemed nice and helpful . After I pay, he did not give me an itemized items of what I ordered which I should have asked. The cabinets came after 4 weeks but some special items did not come like my glass door and lately I remembered that I also ordered a pull out tray. He said that I did not order . I do not have a copy of the itemized item so I have no proof plus it was more than a month . After the cabinets were installed. I received a call on a Wednesday that they were going to install the countertop but got another call that they will install Fri . Nobody came and ff week I got a call from Ismael who said that the countertop I ordered is not available and I had to make another choice. He only gave me 2 choices because the rest I like were not available. After a week countertop was installed but I wasn't home. My husband remembered that we ordered a waterfall style but I can't confirm with him. When I went to see Ismael and I asked him about the waterfall , he denied . When I went home, I noticed that both homedepot and Lowe's charged me 37 square ft for countertop but Ismael charged me 47 square ft. It's either he over charged me or I paid for the waterfall style already. It was so stressfull throughout . Everything was delayed because of the countertop . He did not even apologized for his mistakes. I will NOT recommend this place Or if you will pls makes sure that all the details are in printed form. At first they will make it look that they give you a great discount but try to go to other stores and you'll realized their prices are way high like the sink, faucet and the handles that I bought first. I found out that Mayfair is cheaper with same products I bought from them . Although, Ismael give me a refund when I mentioned it to him, but still it just showed that their products are more expensive.

The worst place the owner hang up the phone on me cuz I try to exchange my till the worst place don't buy there be careful

They have a fantastic selection of tiles, cabinets, countertops and more.
We just finished the renovation of our kitchen and bathroom and we loved working with Ahmet and Ismail.
They gave us the best advice and the service is top notch!

For the bathroom, Ahmet gave us really cool recommendations especially for the shower floor. I was at first a bit hesitant but decided to trust him and we just are in love with the result!

For the kitchen, Ismail really listened to our needs and budget to design our kitchen and the result is superb!
