Friendly at desk, nurse taking questions in room would not look at us in eye smile or anything. Like we were invisible. Very rude. Strange

Beware people you may be double billed I got my eye surgery back in November I was told my insurance would cover everything. 3 months later I'm getting bills from the eye center saying that my surgery was done in mifflinburg by a doctor I never heard of and I owe over 2000 dollars. I first went to the center on River avenue. Got examined by the doctor and I was told my insurance covered everything I owed nothing. I went to allenwood also presented my cards and I was told everything was covered. I have so far received three huge bills from the eye center in mifflinburg from a doctor I never heard of. If this happens to you contact the medical billing fraud department immediately. Because of this happened to me it could happen to anybody. PO

Always extremely thorough eye exams and explanations of issues. My doctor and the staff are always very pleasant and kind. My glasses are always a great fit and always perfect for correcting my vision issues - they always make sure they are exactly right!

I have no good rating for this place. First they gave me a wrong prescription for a year, then they did cateract surgery that probably wasn't necessary, which I paid extra for no glasses, now I need them to see! They put it lenses that weren't right and that glare so bad I can hardly drive at night! Now my eyesight is terrible, and I have more eye problems which I didn't have before! Before I could see and read and do close work without glasses, now I can't good with glasses! No I would never recommend this place or those arrogant doctors!

I paid $5,000 extra for my cataract surgery so I won't need glasses anymore. My eyesight is worse now, after the surgery than before. Needless to say, I now wear glasses all the time. Not a good experience.
