Outstanding service again from owner Essa Zaboura!! Just purchased our fourth used computer. Essa's upgrades and modifications are amazing. Why pay full retail on a new computer, when Essa can customize a remarkable "like-new" machine!

I was in town, visiting family over the Christmas holidays and needed a special computer chord. Upon entering the store I realized this store was primarily a tech store instead of a retail supply store. Before I could leave the kind person behind the counter, asked what I needed so as to direct me to the proper store. After describing the special computer chord I needed, he said "Does it have three prong adaption". I said "yes" to which he asked me to hang on and gave me a used chord for free!!! Merry Christmas, awesome customer service. If I lived here and needed computer tech help I would go here!!!

This review is for EZ Tech Computers in Strongsville, OH. First off, I've been working in the tech industry for almost 20 years, have built computers from scratch in the past, and currently spend the majority of my working day on a computer. Bottom line, I'm very familiar with computers and the problems that might be encountered.

Recently my daughter's laptop 'died' on her. I'm pretty confident that I could have diagnosed and fixed the laptop myself, but working with computers all day, I felt it was a better use of my time to have someone else look at. I did a Google Search, found EZ Tech Computers near where I lived, and after reading the reviews, gave them a call and ended up dropping off the laptop with them.

EZ Tech Computers quickly diagnosed and fixed the laptop, and over-delivered in terms of "time to fix". The entire experience, from the initial phone call to the now working laptop was fantastic! The diagnosis and options for fixing the laptop were presented to me in a professional, "no bs" type of way. I never disclosed my tech knowledge, and still never felt like i was being taken advantage of or being talked down to.

I purchased a refurbished laptop last weekend, and I'm very happy with it so far! He was quick to respond to my messages to make an appointment (at my convenience). Very friendly & helpful. I will happily send others to him for services or purchases. Thank you!

Great customer service! Looked at our work computer right when I took it in and had it fixed and back to us before the end of the work day. It's our only computer which we run our All Data program for invoicing so it was such a lifesaver! Highly recommend for any computer work.

If I could give zero stars that would be more appropriate! They are crooks, based on my experience with them. They presented themselves as Microsoft and attempted to gain access to my computer/database. Once I learned that they were not calling from Microsoft, I hung the phone up. This was maybe two years ago, and they literally call me everyday soliciting their business. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling me and to remove me from their calling list, but they refused. They even hang up in my face when I ask them not to call me anymore. Its been a nightmare dealing with them. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Oh yeah and when I block their number, they just call me from a different one. I have no clue at this point how many times that I have blocked them. BEWARE!

I highly recommend this store. I recently purchased a complete dual screen system from here. The proprietor answered any questions I had ,and they were many. He was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I have shopped around and researched on-line before purchasing a new desktop system. Even though the components I purchased from EZ Tech were refurbished (used?), I got greatly higher performance, dual screen capability with 2 beautiful 22" Samsung monitors,and a higher level of Win 10 for a fraction of what any big box store could provide. Because EZ Tech also does repairs and upgrades, I could have had numerous options added to this computer for a very reasonable price. This place is over an hour from my home, but worth every mile of the trip.

Great customer service getting my laptop fixed. After determining needed repair and cost, the technician thoroughly explained other options including purchasing either a new laptop or else a refurbished one. Repair was completed promptly and for exact price quoted. Very knowledgeable and fair.

I came into this store knowing very little about computers and technology. Referred by a friend, I decided to try them out. As confusing as computers are to me already, the way the employee walked me through the problems and repairs needed made it simple and less painstaking, not to mention their diagnostic was free so it saved me a ton of money compared to other places iv' e taken my computer to. I highly suggest this company to anyone looking for outstanding prices, knowledgeable employees, excellent customer service.
