I've been to Fabrizio's salon and spa many times and have always left loving my hair. Fabrizio is an absolute artist and has matched my color perfectly each time. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and makes you feel truly welcomed. If you are looking for a new salon look no further!

I've gone here a few times. But today was the last. This is the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. Alyssa Infante cut my hair. I wanted bangs past my eyebrows, touching my eyelids. I requested that and showed photo examples of ME when I had the bangs I wanted. Told the Alyssa how I was mortified (used that word) in the past (done elsewhere) when the bangs were above my eyebrows, too short. The pictures are what I got. This is 3 weeks before my wedding. And now I have horrible hair to try to make look okay for the biggest day of my life. I wish I never would have came to this salon.

I recently discovered yet another service that Fabrizio's talented staff do better than well and that is "makeup". Super chill hairstylist and MUA Chelsea turned me into a living sugar skull for Halloween and I was thrilled with the results - attached a pic so you can see her artistry up close and personal. I love that she has an extensive makeup collection with vivid pigments which made it very easy to let the imagination run wild and create a fabulously spooky look. Hairstylist Sara also did a breathtaking job on my gf's sugar skull look. We were both pleased with our transformations and enjoyed twinning the night away as sexy ghouls. Thanks again!

My wife has had her haircut several times by Fabrizio of Fabrizio Salon. This last cut was by far the worst cut he ever did. When she showed it to me I saw that the back of her hair was cut much shorter and unevenly underneath making it impossible to put her hair up, as well as one side of her hair was longer than the other. The cut she asked for was for a blunt trim as she was growing her hair longer. During her cut, Fabrizio was working on two clients simultaneously therefore the attention was not given.

My wife called the salon and told them about the haircut and was given an appointment with Fabrizio a few days later. After checking in for her 12:30 appointment, she waited approximately 45 minutes. Fabrizio did not respond well to my wife's unhappiness with her haircut. She requested that he fix the unmanageable cut by cutting the bottom of her hair in a blunt cut up to the shortest hair that he had originally cut in the back. I could hear him raising his voice to talk over my wife. He would not admit that there was anything wrong with the haircut and refused to make any corrections and continued to emphasize how great he is and how much experience and training he has.

If you want to deal with someone who is condescending, never wrong, always right, knows everything, rude, will not listen and will never admit a mistake, then Fabrizio is the place for you.

Note: My wife went to another salon and got a hair stylist that saw what was wrong with the cut and did a beautiful job correcting the haircut!

You have to select three days on their website as your preference for an appointment. Then you wait for them to call you with a random appointment. THEY CANCEL THAT APPOINTMENT FOR ZERO REASON!!!

Screw you Fabrizio. You have NO CLUE how to schedule appointments. No wonder you're failing,

When I moved to Wilmington 4 years ago, my top priority was to find the right place for cuts, color and all my upkeep - Fabrizio's is IT! Fabrizio does my cut and is able to tease out the perfect tousled edgy look and I can replicate it at home just using a dryer and styling with my fingers - so simple! Linda takes care of my color and I get compliments all the time - Love! Facials, waxing, nails - Fabrizio's has it all.
I would never go anywhere else.

I love the salon club which offers a discount when you subscribe for a monthly service. For me, a monthly massage is essential for managing stress, so this works well. Even better is the fact that there are TWO fantastic massage therapists, so scheduling a monthly massage is easy. Matthew and Amie have different styles, but each has the ability to feel the tense or sore places and work with muscles until they loosen. Amie uses long strokes and Matthew incorporates more stretching, but each therapist is amazing at what they do.

I received a gift card for Fabrizio so decided to book a massage and facial and both were amazing. Both of the services were relaxing and high quality in all aspects. Also, from booking, to redeeming the gift card, to coordinating between two different providers, the customer service was top notch. I also just really loved the ambiance of the spa area, everything was cozy, comfortable, clean and well decorated. I can't wait to go back to try another service, maybe a pedicure. Can't recommend this place enough!

Theresa did wonders with my hair! She gave me full highlights and a cut and both were fabulous. She really takes the time to talk with you about what you want to achieve, her process, and pricing. I appreciate that she looked at my individual hair type and desires and took that into consideration. She also gave me lots of great tips about how to care for my hair and how to best style it. She is an absolute pro! My wife and I both go to see her now and we're very happy we found her and Fabrizio. We look forward to trying out the spa facilities they have upstairs for mani/pedis and massages. I appreciate that they have a small parking lot in the back so we don't need to worry about parking on the street.

I get my hair done here by Chelsea and my eyebrows by Maddie. Not only are they super sweet but both do such an incredible job. I get tons of compliments. Couldn't ask for better service! This place is also really reasonably priced. I've paid almost double for a color job that didn't look half as good or stay nearly as long. Thanks as always ladies!!
