I Called To Ask A Few Questions & The Young Lady (Her Name Is Bea, Helped Me To The Best Of Her Ability, She Answered All Of My Questions. She Was Kind & Incredibly Helpful. I've Called A Few Other Shops & They Ladies Or Even Gentlemen Who Answer The Phone Always Have Some Sort Of Cocky Ass Attitude. That's One Way To Turn A Potential Client Away. Firme Copias Is Beyond Lucky To Have Bea On Their Team, She's Sweet, Helpful, Imformative & Made Me Feel At Ease Which Is Why I'm Excited About My Appointment Next Week.

Another great tattoo from Firme Copias. They do a great job and it is a fun place to go. I am 71 year old woman and love going here. My tattoo today was done by Jay. Super nice guy and very meticulous. If you want a tattoo, I recommend Firme Copias on Rayburn (south San Antonio). You will not be disappointed! The pic is a simple arrow done today but I have had larger, more complicated one that covered up another. Just go get a tattoo!!!! It is a very freeing experience!

Great place and atmosphere, price was roughly 15% more than I expected for the piece I got, But at the end of the day it was well done and worth the extra dough. I got Ronnie jr. as my artist. A young guy with experience far beyond his years. If you like rap music, crude jokes, and ink master reruns this is the place for you. Most of all they're all killers with the needle and very accommodating and polite. Other businesses across the board should take notes. Keep leading the way Firme.

Idk where to start maybe with the customer service, they are they best and so friendly everyone makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in especially my girl Ida :) . I've gotten 2 tattoos from there and never been disappointed everyone's work there is so amazing. Conrad did my daughters name and Spinner did my butterfly ones . I love these so much and i recommend you come here to them everyone is like family here and this is my favorite tattoo shop

(This review is for the 410 location specifically, I was unable to decipher locations on yelp!) The piercer Ashley quite literally traumatized me from ever wanting a piercing again. Firstly she berated me about my placement while being extremely condescending (all she was doing was downsizing my jewelry) for about 10 minutes saying it was done poorly all while I KNEW the placement was correct (I checked 5+ sources).I kept my comments to myself out of respect but then came the jewelry change, Ashley had 0 clue what she was doing and ended up Re-piercing my lip with the new bar, I'm great with physical pain (I have 6+ facial piercings) and so once I felt light headed + on the verge of tears I KNEW she had messed up (I saw my lips were bloody and swollen when I looked in the mirror). Ashley then CONTINUED to berate me again and again about it being "wrong" whilst laughing at me. I was BAWLING when I left the shop I WOULD NEVER recommend someone come here, she doesn't know proper placement, proper jewelry, or decorum. Please don't come here and end up like me I'm beyond scared to ever get a new piercing again.:((

Very disorganized. Studio was even a little grimy. Felt like washing my hands after I left. Scheduled an appointment with the studio for a consultation, but when I got there, was told the artist wasn't available (wasn't even in the studio), and then was asked if I could come back in 5 hours. (Um...yeah, no.) They couldn't even call me before to let me know; I had to waste time and gas to find out.

Great place to get a tattoo. Aida set up my appointment with Chico. Aida was very welcoming and made you feel right at home. Chico was the upmost professional and did an amazing job. Absolutely very detail oriented and wanted to make sure I was comfortable at all times. I got my first part of my tattoo done, I'm gonna assume maybe two more trips to complete the piece. Will definitely be back to get it all done. All around great experience!!

After having a toe amputated I wanted something to commemorate the occasion. I couldn't be happier with this shop. It's just script but the artist,Lefty, and Aida both did a great job start to finish.

I wanted to find a shop that can continue the style of tattoo I already had. This is definitely the place!! I felt like I made new friends there! Aida (hopefully I spelled her name right!) made you feel right at home from the moment you walked in the door! I went on a Wednesday just to book an appointment but they were able to get me right in. Which has never happened to me so that's awesome! I got my tattoo done by Rone and he did not disappoint. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great quality tattoo! Thanks!
