First Lady Nails

Today I went in for a gel acrylic soak off & a gel manicure. Walked in and got serviced IMMEDIATELY. My nail tech today was Wendy. I have never had her before but I am so happy that I did get her service today. She took her time, she was not rough with my hands and she was very kind. She painted a beautiful solid purple w/ top coat of shooting star. I love it. Highly recommend. Definitely will be back. Thank you Wendy!

0/10. This is the slowest nail salon. Like they have techs who only do pedicures which is a waste if more people are looking to have their hands serviced. They literally only have like 4 techs who can do hands. Trash customer service, how many times are you going to ask me what I'm getting when I keep reminding you and even wrote it down on the sign in sheet. My nails aren't even the same smh. I'm honestly surprised this place is still in business because I haven't been here for about 5 years and they're still just as trash now as they were then.

I got a fill in by Wendy. I always go to her or this guy Kim. They are the only ones that touch my nails. They do an awesome job every time. I ask for something and they deli ever every time. The two owners need to work on their customer service and they need more polish. But overall it's a good place to get your nails done.

I wish it were an option for zero stars. This place is disgusting there is nail filings everywhere. I paid $65 for mani and pedi last week. Here it is a week later and all but one of my nails gel polish peeled off like a band aid!! DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!! You are better off going across the street to Walgreens and buying press on's or nail polish to diy!!!

So I went in and got a shellac manicure and it was a French. Two days after I got it the first nail cracked off so I went in to have it repaired. The next day, another one broke. Went a 3rd time because it broke within 2 hours. So in four days I've gone back three times (each time I waited 10-15 minutes) they offered to just replace it with a color. I said fine. which I did. Then, they wanted to charge me for it! I told them I would pay them half since I got four days out of the first manicure but really they should just be apologizing to me for all the inconvenience. The owner argued with me offering me a $2 discount. I said forget it I'll give you $10 instead of 23. $18 he said. I left $10 while he continued to argue with me. On top of all of that, the place is filthy, nothing is sterilized, and they can't understand you. Go anywhere but here!!!

You have to literally tell the pedicurists and nail tech how to do your nails. This place is ghetto at best. I won't return. They use unsanitary tools around the pedicure stations. One pedicurist couldn't finish her client for being nosey trying to see what I asked my technician to do. Then she began speaking in her native language probably about me.

Think this place can't be as bad as Maria described? Oh no, it's worse. Went there for a quick manicure since I was back in town for the holidays, so I decided to stop by First Lady. The one woman didn't even look up, and said ''What do you need". So I asked how long it would be for a manicure. She gestured to a woman in the corner on her phone and said she could take me right now. Phone girl shot a death look to the lady, and mumbled something Korean in a nasty tone. I walked over to pick out a color, and when I got to the woman still in her phone. I
asked "here"? She looked up at me in complete disgust and YELLED "No!! I help someone else right now!!!" I proceeded to put the color down, and walk out the door. NO ONE should ever make me feel that way, especially when I'm looking to pay for a service!!! You've gotten 2 warnings now...do NOT go to First Lady!!!!!!!!!

I recommend First Lady Nail Salon, I just had the best same day service and I feel like a million dollar woman. They pamper you and really do a great job making your nails absolutely lovely. I now have pretty feet...and my hands are fancy too. Again I definitely recommend this salon for anyone who wants to be pampered. Ask for Jing, she is the best. Shawanna

I've been there twice. Both times, no one caused pain to my hands, which is what I liked. My nails received many compliments. Maybe, they don't speak English but the work is excellent.

My aunt choose this place because she claimed it was the only place that offered mani pedis and waxing in one place for a decent price. (honestly, i dont think she searched hard enough). This place is a total dump. Soon as I walked in I instantly noticed the carpet and walls needed some serious cleaning. The place was packed since it was a Friday afternoon. I didn't want the mani pedi just a full set done. They went a head and got my aunt into the foot bath while I was seated at a table waiting to be done. Nearly an hour and a half later my aunt was completely finished; hands, toes, and brows waxed; and I still hadn't even been started. I just said forget it and left. They seemed surprised that I didn't want to wait even longer for a nail tech. Of course now they see they were loosing a customer they said one could now start me. But honestly I was just tired of being in there, finding all the stains on everything. They did a good job with the services my aunt got but still....I told my aunt never to go back there....but of course she did :(
