Five Star Nails

I always have a great experience when I'm at Five Star! Very clean and friendly environment. My nails are always beautiful and I never feel rushed! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

wow, i'm not one to leave a review but this is the worse nail place I have ever been to, I showed them a picture and I ask the guy that was doing it if he got it he said yes, obviously he didn't had it because my nail keep out looking tacky.

It's overpriced and most employees don't speak English...
We walked in... it was fairly quick but we had to communicate through a translator...

I give this place a 0 star rating, I am very upset, me and my niece come in Sunday morning to get our nails done, not only is all three of my nails on my right hand is crooked so is my nieces too. Then when I asked how much it was for hers and mine nails were and they charged me 141$ for both our nails. Idc what you get on your nails there is no way I should of paid 141$ for two sets of nails. I just can't believe the service and how poorly it was, I should of just walked out and not paid at all. I didn't recognize my nails was crooked until like 45 mins after I left on my way to a Christmas party, I didn't even want to show anyone my nails, not only should they of asked me if it was okay to do what they did to my nieces nails and the price was okay since she is underage but they should of asked if I was satisfied with everything, I feel like I should get a refund or at least me and her a free fill in, even though I dont want them to touch my nails ever again I at least deserve that after 141$ worth of NOTHING.. so if you would like to reach out to me to fix this problem you can reach me on Facebook under Karly Ann, my email is kyakarly16@gmail.com. thanks hope you really try to fix this so you don't have bad business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There attitudes are always so nasty, they're quick to shove prices down your throat but yet service and professional is horrible unless you are one of there favorite customers. I got a gel pedicure 7/31 for $50 and on 7/31/2021 when I got home and took a shower my pedicure was messed up. How is a $50 gel pedicure messed up the same day? Then when I called the guy that sits in the first chair had an attitude and I told him I would be back the next day. I go back greeted unprofessionally again waited a whole 30 minutes then when I'm called to the pedicure chair the lady who was about to fix my pedicure went and began doing someone nails who came after me. So I waited a few more minutes and still no service before I stormed out. This is not the first horrible experience I had with give star nails on Hamilton rd next door to T-Mobile. If you can take your business else where I know I will!!!!

The cheapest products. And poor service. I'm not sure they actually know what they're doing.

I have visited this salon about once a year when my nail technician is unavailable. The services provided are prompt and professional. The salon needs some TLC but I am pleased with the services provided.
