From Trina's great customer service on the phone to Nick coming out diagnosing and fixing a pinhole leak the same day, the experience was what you would want from a service orientated company.

This leak was in an insulated pipe, in an insulated wall (not the slab as we were told by another service). He was there so saved a trip and fixed it for a fraction of what others said they would charge just to look for the leak.

We will be using Fix it Right for all of our future plumbing needs.

These guys are great. Honest, prompt and helpful! I had an appt on Wednesday after our snowmaggedon to get my pipes fixed. It burst because of the freeze. Nic called and said they could come earlier because he didn't want me without water. They fixed it that night. It's hard to find someone trustworthy these days but these guys are just that!
